  1. I just checked and that line of code in the ini file is not shown, but I added anyway and wow! Talk about zooming out!
  2. You know, if the Blizzard people want a little fun, they should invite an OSHA inspector to actually rate the game on safety. SWTOR would fail.
  3. I just got under it and kept moving around back and forth staying directly under the droid. Worked well for me.
  4. I hope you are banning people that are shouting spoilers for the movie. I've seen it and when someone shouts a spoiler, I get pissed off. That ruins it for most people.
  5. I just realized that maybe I have already completed everything. When I login it says I should be starting chapter 4. Maybe I DID complete and went back and did the Planet Missions.
  6. My Character is currently on Voss. (Darmada on Jedi Covenant server) I have completed the Class and Planet missions, but now I am left with nothing. I can move on and skip going to Corella, but that will remove some of the fun from this game. So, basically, until I can get this fixed, I have a character that is not going past this point.
  7. After a few tries and lessons learned. You know to activate the two terminals on the lower level. I would then run to the turret controls above each computer. Couple of tricks is learning to stop short, wait a few seconds, when the ground around you is a red target, MOVE! Activate the turret...move away and wait a couple of seconds for the SMALL security droids to attack, then move when the red targeting circle shows up again. This will take out the security droids. When you have to activate the computers again, do the one furthest away from Quinn. Then run by Quinn for healing. I thought there was a way to get Quinn to follow and heal only, but I couldn't do it. I know it is not clear, but after dying about three times, I figured it out. Just remember, DO ACCESS ANY TERMINAL on the upper level; that is NOT above the computers you had to activate. Those small droids are easy to kill, the bigger ones are easy also, but not that easy.
  8. Is there a difference when it comes to dyes?
  9. How about an option to change the color of the text in the chat boxes? Default Yellow on the custom channels is a little glaring.
  10. Had this thought that I posted elsewhere and I think it should be considered. How about creating user defined adventures? I am not going to leave it at that, I even think it is possible without causing problems on the servers. I mean if you have 200 people running their own adventures, that could really bog down a server. I suggest one possible way of doing this is having the instance hosted somewhat on the computer of the person that creates the adventure. What this means is that it is only available when that person decided to be online and in game. I think a separate program (which is bought by the person to create the adventure) should be used. This program is the host program and the adventure would actually be run on it. Should not be to bad of a load since at the max there will only be 5 people allowed into the adventure at most, the Mission creator and the four people that are invited into the game. Now of course, there would be rules and such that have to be in place, some sort of way to check to make sure the program is not hacked, the adventure is reasonable to the level and length of time required to complete. But, I think it is something that is doable. Personally I think it might entice people to play more if they could actually setup an entire story line separate from what you normally would have to go through. This is just a base suggestion folks, it would require tweaking, details, oversight, and approval, but, I think a more dynamic adventure would be interesting. Even setup your own Daily???? Just food for thought.
  11. This would be something I would like to see...I wonder if it has been suggested before...
  12. I meant on a planet when you are on a speeder bike and such...
  13. Actually, I had a tough time until I figured out how to beat him. Someone already said it, the key is to interrupt his Deadly Shot. Unlike other people that ran around and trying to keep out of his sight so to speak, I stood my ground. Moving only to attack the pops that came when he disappeared. But I always tried to keep him focused on me and kept Quinn out of his line of sight. As soon as he appeared, I hit him with my interrupt. I never dropped below 80% Health. Then, at the end, I arrested him. I did not want to fight him again...
  14. When I first got to the end of the Sith Warrior mission the other day, I was defeated by Baras at least 10 times. I even reset the quest twice. I kept listening to everyone on how to fight. Kite, keep moving, blah, blah, blah... What did it for me was that I just stood my ground. Did not move unless it was to keep Quinn from the line of fire, or was bounce by Baras. But, the key that I agree with everyone is interrupt, interrupt, interrupt ... I beat him then. But, for me it was the stand your ground, just use two attacks, and watch for the Voice spell come up and smack him. I took a lot of damage, but between using "Assault" and "Annihilate", I took him down in the second round.
  15. I'm not saying random... I mean you have one person that can setup the parameters. Who to kill, the boss, anything bonus, even what the text is for the adventure. Ex: A player wants to setup a mission for four people. The player finds an instance that will fit their needs, then populates it with objects and mobs. Adds text to the mission giver that explains what is going on and even provides the option choices for your character during the conversation. Now of course, there would be limits on what the player can do. I think it would make the game more inviting to people. Hell, a REAL good player could create their own story line for the entire game.
