As I read your comments and analysis over Revan character... I have to say that.... that I couldn't agree with u more! YOUR analysis is beyond perfect. I Think the same about Revan... even in the Kotor I couldn't play with him as a Jedi (in classic meaning) for me he was more darker character a chaotic neutral or lawful evil. A lot of people forget it or WANT TO "forget it" that Revan "falling to the dark side" (more like gray side) started before the emperror mind controll, and broke free from him (most likely by his own will) before bastila's strike team. And that not even the hero of tython could achive. (I just thougth i mention it because I did't find it in ur arguments)

So i like my fan fic idea what u can read if u click the link under my post... but I think bioware isn't going to make something like this... because... it would be too awesome (and comlicated too). But my other idea for DARTH Revan's final act before his death (since jedi wouldn't do such a thing) that he genocide the whole pureblood sith, and we all know that there is no pureblood sith by the time of lord kaan's sith empire. The other theory is that there is some kind of virus whats attack only pooreblood sith... but this is kind of lame if u ask me. It's like Darth Sidious would have die from a flue.

In the book yes... but that plapatine is not what george lucas writed and because of that I can't accept that "other" plapi for me he is just a clone... in the colne wars he was smarter and more cunning. Edit.: For me Darth Sidious (before he was resurected) was 1 of the greatest AND last sith lord who I can truly respect. Until he was betrayed from behind (just like his master or darth revan) he was the msot sucesful sith in the history. After his resurection he was... something less then before. He died for me as a character. Edit Edit.: It was like when george lucas resurected darth maul just to kill him one more time... it completly ruined the character.

Ur are rigth in 1 thing... I'm a bit far from what u said because I dont wanted to protect revan here... it was preotecting every(future vs/character threads) from The Thrawn and from those "superior tacticians" who u mention because they were different and not smarter.... Thrawn,General Grevious,G0-T0,Obi-Wan,Revan,Malgus (as I said any1) not better then the other... they are just different and in some ways maybe more effective but NOT THE GREATEST! for example plapi was a better tactician for me than thrawn... for u thrawn was the best ( I think because it was better written then any other book in this kind of genre in SW. this is simply because nothing was written like this in the SW universe) and I respect ur opinion but DON'T force ur opinion to others... simply because u won't susceed... just like u didn't convince me that Thrawn is better then revan. Btw when u compare revan to thrawn or be that obi-wan to hoth (from bane series) its like u compare napoleon to a certian german leader from the 2nd world war (i dont want to write his name i dont want to be censored,banned and such)

I feel like your statement is the future jedi/republic have better generals/planners/tacticians then in the past... (I understand that u liked the Thrawn series and I can absolutely accept that) but this is just mere speculations, not to mention the only thing that needed for tacticians is intelligance/+their morale (and what they wanted to achieve) - !and here I want to point to that if u planning a war with better weapons that does not makes u a better tactician. Just like u won't state that the spartians were weaker and or stupider in tactics than the US military army... or do u?- and maybe even obi-wan was a better tactician than thrawn but he wound't make a decision like him because kenobi was a jedi... so "some1 is a better tactician in the future is nothing like the future jedi/sith is stronger than the past " for example:what do u think obi-wan would have done those decisions what revan made to win the war against the mandalorians? What I wanted to say is not for just the Revan vs anyone threads here. It's for the tacticians (especialy for the thrawn vs threads)thinking is not a force ability what was better through time but a talent more like. so u can say that Thrawn was better talented in thinking then revan or obi-wan or any otherman in the galaxy... but its still just a speculations since they never fougth under the same circumstances. what do u think da vinci was smarter or a stupid******** compared to the present time of teachers or enginers?

As I read this post, I thougth about how many fanboys are reading this and how many of them will think that revan is/isn't a demigod. Those who are here and read this obviosly don't think that Revan is a god but a great Jedi/Sith of his time (and after, since his legacy obviously ends with Sidious death) but for the Revan haters (such as Aurbere) to accept him a great jedi/sith is not enough. They want to strip off of his achivements whats are clear and loud in - some opinion poorly written... but still canon - books and in histoy videos such as (if u listen to what the video said the republic loosing to a mandalorian army who holding back... ) Now if I remember correctly Revan was the strongest Jedi in his time no1 else was... the closest jedi in power to him was meetra and malak/alek but dont forget that she was stronger only in game mechanics ... what u are all says its unreliable and revan as a sith lord dont have the chance to figth with the betrayal that time, even sidious died by the same betrayal on the deathstar (at least in GL story and I only accept that untile Episode7... if that isn't change the EU god luke/and palpi then i can't help but to accept it). Sion was clearly weaker than him since he was the one who joined to Revan and not the opposite (and don't tell me he is unkillable... even darth tyranus died when his head fell off and if u ask aurbere who was the stronger sion or tyranus... well my bet on tyranus) Don't forget that Meetra beated Nihilus with the mandalore's AND Visas Marr's help who weakend Nihilus trhough their force connection. And there is Kreia... well I can't say she is weaker then revan but obviosly not stronger than revan reborn, and if u speak with her and asks than she would have joined to him she says yes. So again if some1 like revan could have manage the "stronger sith in the Kotor2" to join him while he is weaker, is amazing. And if u ask me Revan strength wasn't in the force (in what he was obviously strong) but his personality and charm with he can make others to follow him -what NOT only Kreia but Malak and Meetra too says- be good (jedi) or bad (jedi who turned to sith just because of him) or weak/strong he could (have)manage unity (what only sidious could manage with a trick and position/power and not because of his personality) and that is his true strength. !Power in numbers! I'm not a Revan fan... I am a Darth Revan fan! see the difference.

I like it and I hope something gonna happen with weapon wielding problems. For example I would like to play my BH class as a boba fett (with blaster rifle) and not as a jango fett (pistol) and I hate the canons that's why I want to wield blaster rifle when I'm playing with my trooper. So legacy unlokcs for this would be nice.

I know we have "adaptive" (more like orange) weapons... but I want to play my Vanguard with Canon or Blaster Pistol and not with Blaster Rifle... and my BH play as a boba fett so I can use Blaster Rifle insted of blaster pistol. Not to mention where are the duble-bladed vibro swords from KOTOR? I want play with my Assa while holding a vibro sword. So guys what do u think? I think it's a good idea. Any suggestions? BioWare u let us play trooper in jedi armor now PLS PLS PLS let us play with more weapons.

Btw when I made this forum here (and in suggestion box) i said to write any other ides how it should be done... at least i meant that. But with u I on my back I had to found out a complete boss figth with tactics and cinematics at the end. But I always enjoy oppose u. wanna talk about Revan now or how Luke died?

Or we can do story quests on alderan with killiks or go rigth to mortis to make some armor and weapon what can hurt abeloth, and when the time has come the daugther can can increase our deffense agaist abeloth and the son channels his power to us, so even the non-force users can hurt her... and there we are a capable army to defeat abeloth... it's all about story telling, and even u dont know how strong can be the jedi and sith with the help of the Ones. Edit.: Did I mention to use ur imagination?

U are really dont want to defeat her in any ways because u don't WANT TO, even underestimate our characters even with the help of the Son,Daugther (and ur rigth I forgot the father)but i understand that... Abeloth is ur favourite villian and u dont want any1 else (beside luke) to defeat her... its OK. But I agree with 1 thing "She can possess whoever she wants. She doesn't have to limit herself to our characters. She can find someone else." I can't argue with that. But that's ur ONLY reason what I can accept (with a hard feeling because as u said there is the father too... and writers can give any power to him, like protect every living being in the galaxy. Have u read my link? never said our characters alone (or together with republic and empire united) could defeat Abeloth. Just put abeloth back in her prison with the help of the Son and Daugther while in this short time empire and repubic unite their forces like luke and darth krayt did. Edit.: btw Luke neve had the chance to figth against ableoth with the help of the Son and Daugther since they were dead for a while. Just think some daily quest chain where as a republic player get daily event quests where she gift u mind protection or whatever protection(and same for the empire with the son) and tadaa... no vessel for abeloth. Man use ur imagination...
