It's only on the left hand side quick bars. I can only add skills the the bottom three in each row.

User Interface I've added new quick bars 3 and 6. When I go to add a skill to it I can drag the skill to the slot but it won't allow me to add it to the bar. They aren't locked, I've restarted, reset to default and still nothing. Basically played since launch and never seen this before. Anyone have any ideas? Something I'm missing?

somehow I took my Warrior to Hutta and cant seem to find the way off, could somone please point me to the spaceport.
