Has any of the bestiary codex entries on Ilum been fixed yet?

I'm starting to notice this as well on my Slicer, it's been over 1.5 stacks of grade 9 materials without any crits so my augment production has halted completely over this.

Not new in PTS, this happens in Live as well

I'm Artifice crafting for my guild and have already learned the Campaign Relic of Ephemeral Healing, but when recently buying the +power campaign relic and trying to RE it i saw it only had a 20% RE chance. (And of course it failed to produce a schematic for it) Bear in mind these cost 200 daily commendations already:eek: so you'd think reverse engineering them would have a higher chance than 20%. IMO the chance for learning schematics should be 25%-40% at least

Tried the "hallway" method on him, but the second his enrage buff activates (From observations it's on a timer) our tanks go from 100% to 0% in a couple of seconds. This is without the add debuff and the grenade debuff on him/us
