  1. People can conjure up their little conspiracy theories all they want, but free 30 days is free 30 days. Was quite surprised. Thank you!
  2. Female Sith Inquisitor hands down. Half the reason I chose SI as my main.
  3. Holy... Out of the lot I'd say only Sage PvE looks actually good or at least decent. The rest is either generic, uninspired or downright bad. Though I would actually prefer this Sorc PvP gear over the current one, but that's choosing the one that is less bad. Indeed, that gear is actually part of the reason I started playing Sith Jugg. A friggin' walking machine of destruction that looks like it weighs a ton. Now that is epic armor design!
  4. Well It's not like Sith Inquisitor story had no good moments: The Prologue was great. You are the ancestor of a powerfull sith who every Empireal player heard about if they gone through The Dark Temple. You have your own cult (at least you do if you have any self-respect and dont sell it off or give away) You have your own fleet and a powerfull weapon with it (one of the best story moments IMO even if it lasts for a couple of minutes). The Kaggath. No matter your thoughts on Thanaton it's good to finally pummel him and his forces into the ground. You get to sit in the chair on the Dark Council. First thing I hope we get to do as our story continues is to sit on the Dark Council for ten minutes discussing Empire's affairs, figuring out your fellow Counselors, giving out orders, scheming... But how do they plan to continue Sith Inquisitor's story in the Dark Council? I mean we're still going to be questing. So either you get to be "inforcer of council's will among commoners to make sure they don't forget who's in charge during these troubling times"... in other words "we don't view you as equal so go do peasent jobs". or you get booted from the Council for being too weak, which is not impossible. At the end of your story you either release the ghosts or take them forcefully. So you either become weaker or the ghosts find one final way to screw you over (which is why for me it seemed the best idea to throw away the bitter ones and keep the one who'd actually willingly help). Either way at some point you'll probably search for new ways to become stronger. Also I think it's a pitty that Sith Inquisitors have one of three different titles by which they are called in the Dark Council. For YOUR sotry it doesnt matter the game remembers what allignment you were. However it prohibits mentioning SI on the Republic side. Something like "Darth Nox is creating an unstoppable fleet using new technology called "The Silencer". Go there and there to cut their supplies/engineers etc" Since it could also be Darth Imperius or ...Palagus? that kind of mention can't happen which is a darn shame.
  5. Just gotta say that Imperial agent finally grew on me:) I tried out the class several times, getting to levels 3-6 and thinking "waaah what is this!! I can't do anything! Gotta go into cover to use any skills! WAAH aggroed npc pack by mistake again, what a pain to deal with it unprepared!!!" and dropping it. But still I kept thinking "Oh but the story seems to have so much potential-, aah but the damn combat". Eventually I tried to bear it and got through Hutta. Couldn't decide which AC to pick for a long while but eventually decided that there is BH for run' n' gun, so might as well try something more unique and hope for the best. First few levels with Sniper was like "meh, is a bit different, ok I guess". But with each level I seem to be liking it more and more and even though I'm only lvl 16 I think Im confident that I'll be able to get through IA story and enjoy it. This is makes me especially happy since no matter how much I want to play SW story I just cant get into my Jugg who's combat now (after playing Sorcerer's roflstomp AOE massacre) seems sluggish and slow. On that note Sniper in cover is surprisingly durable. I was able to do quests and fight npcs several levels above my own and still take minimal damage, which none other classes I played were able to do so easily. It really puts my Vengance Jugg to shame.
  6. This poll is too black and white. What about a middle option? I would love to have global cooldowns dark as before and make the skills on a seperate cooldown light like now. It would be very comfortable IMHO.
  7. So I completed SI story, went to imperial fleet and talked to some robot who wanted me to do some negotiations. Thinking I don't want to do that my character replies: "We are at war with Republic in over 100 systems, time for negotiations has passed" .... WAIT WHAT!? When did that happen? So turns out while I was hunting ghosts, Thanatons and announcing that I would take over the Empire I became completely oblivious to what said Empire was actually up to. If this Empire's future would-be emperor no wonder we lose the war eventually and fade from all history. To be honest even though I did the main story line of every planet and fought some rebellions here and there, never was it suggested that we are actually about to go to war (at least to my memory). Also while that was happening it seems Republic players went trigger happy on the Dark Council, since I saw quite a few empty seats. I really do feel like I don't have a clue what happened/ is happening at the moment. Anyone else get the same feeling? Do other classes have the same issue? Oh and during my story did I kill anyone that Republic players knew or noticed, to avenge my Dark Council bretherin?
  8. One of them decided to stay because it was fun. And him I kept. The rest I released with thoughts "if I never see you again it will be too soon". Just didn't want to have to deal with those ghosts in any way any more. Even though Im 95% dark side other times. Gotta say though I was kinda expecting more from SI ending. In the end all our DS/LS choices boil down to which ghost wants to stay with us willingly?
  9. Now I've been reading about how terrible and unplayable warzones are, 0 fps, lag on minimal graphics etc. And thought hm.. I'm playing nearly on max and I'm ok, little fps drop but still pretty good, strange. Maybe I'm just lucky with my PC setup? That was in 10-49 warzones. Once I reached level 50 and got into warzones... HOLY ****! Graphics on minimum, fps below 10, unplayably bad. Went to my lower level character, tried 10-49 WZ and it's back to happy days. So my question is - what gives? Is it because everyone is lvl 50 and has more abilities? The difference is astonishing.
  10. erm that's the ocean/rain planet from episode II
  11. I was wondering - what's the conclusion on the whole valor farm in Ilum when people were camping spawn points ang gaining valor 60 for BM in a day? Did anyone get their valor rolled back? Because I'm nearing lvl 50 and will only start my champion gear grind and while to begin with Im not a big fan of being handicaped in pvp by gear, even more so if that gear was cheated and undeserved.
  12. Now, it was fine on Drumund Kass and Balmorra and all those planets up to Alderaan. Starter worlds can be forgiven, because they don't have ships at start. But starting with Taris we get several new small seperate instances we have to go through to get to the damn planet. Or from it. It is very annyoing. I find myself thinking "Hm, should go do a space mission... oh but then I have to go back to base, waste 3 minutes getting from planet to ship.. bah, better wait for a more important reason to go to ship". I really dont understand why were those necessary. If an increase in travel between planets is needed I'd much rather have my ship take a couple of minutes to travel from planet to planet instead of 5 seconds. I'd be able to go make some tea or a take a quick break instead of wasting that time on loading screens.
  13. Now I've been wondering. I hop that some of those who've been in beta know - when did Baras get his mask ingame? Because I remember watching the Space Combat video and thinking "ah, some imperial hangar lackey finally giving out our ship". Only now I realise after rewatching that it was actually Darth Baras and I didn't even notice that the lines he said made it clear he was our master. I really feel that Baras' mask really.. "defines" him and can't imagine him being half as impressive without it.
  14. Yep, I was wondering why are warzones not as fun as they were in erly access. Now I know the answer. Warzones are fun once again for 1-49 and the longer queues are oh, so worth it:D
  15. It's not even about wether SI becomes the ultimate powerhouse in charge of the empire or not or wether SW is forever someones lapdog. I jsut got my SW through Balmorra. Even disregarding all the quests that lead you to your final class objective on Balmorra. As a SW I got to fight "elite" republic squad, undercover warhero, jedi knight investigator. Then remembering that my SI got to kill a bunch of toxic bugs for all his efforts... yeah. I dont care if my SW might never become number uno. Even if it makes me the strongest being in the universe I dont want to kill bugs for my final class quest. Or chase the enemies around the desert only to find they're already dead in the end. Might be a bit harsh, but hey I'm still pissed for not being able to turn Ashara.
