Pretty much this. The track record now with WAR and SW:TOR is pretty horrible. I sure as hell won't buy another MMO from EA/BioWare/Lucas.

If you purchased it at Best Buy, I was able to get my money back even with an open box and a used CD-Key. It seems that the volume of customers doing so has precluded Best Buy from following their usual open-box policy. I know that Amazon is also accepting returns..
