  1. Do yourself a favor and play Mass Effect ASAP. It's so good. Dragon Age is also good, but less my cup of tea. The only one with presidium-like music I can think of is maybe Manaan? But that has Manaan music (a la KotOR) that has a similar feel or tone to it as the Presidium, if I recall correctly.
  2. I noticed a number of cloned animations from SWTOR that can be found in SW Galaxy of Heroes. Specifically, the taunt that grunts (or GoH trooper characters) do. 1) Widen stance, stepping to the side with one foot. 2) Raise blaster over your head, left hand by your side. 3) Fire three shots into the air. 4) Taunt.
  3. OMG, Seriously. I have been wanting to complete this quest for years! About Me: Nick: Izzun Class: Gunslinger Realm: Prophecy of the Five Side: Republic Available: Extremely flexible for the next 2 weeks or so (starting a new job around mid-March) Helpful: Yes/No
  4. I think these are great suggestions, especially Weapon Tunings. You could even make them very expensive to keep them rare, but I think it would be wonderful to have another possible avenue to get a tuning.
  5. The Livestream is wrapping up now, but I have a question that I think might be on many people's minds. Between Story Mode, Hard Mode, and Nightmare Mode of Flashpoints and, in particular, Operations, there were major differences to mechanics. When Master Mode for Uprisings and Chapters launches, will they include new mechanics or will the increased difficulty come from the increase in health and damage of enemies?
  6. I'm gonna do likewise. My first effort was something like 1490 characters... <50 Character Version: Legacy CXP Class Content Endgame Direction >50 Character Version: Command XP is extremely grind-y and goes counter to the previous emphasis on creating Alts. Events like Dark v Light and many achievements throw a large emphasis on repeated play. The addition of repeatable chapters and the solitary nature of CXP make me less likely to complete content on my alts. I, as I'm sure many people are, miss my un-returned companions. I also wish there was more class-specific content, even in the vein of the class-specific missions from SoR. Even if there were class-specific bonus missions within Story Chapters, implemented similar to the bonus mission that could be completed by Rokuss if you'd destroyed the Voss Star Fortress, that would be a great nod to who our characters "are" beyond simply "The Outlander." The end game currently feels both aimless and like there are no loose threads pulling the story along. When I finished KotET, there was a strong feeling of "Now what?" The decline in new Operations and Flashpoints contributes to this as they were a source of self-contained story arcs. I think the Dread Masters were a perfect example of a strong end-game story that picked up a few threads from the earlier story and putting them to use in high-level operations. Perhaps Uprisings can segue into the next-big-thing, but it remains to be seen for now and the main storylines feel "wrapped up," which does not inspire me to continue my main character's story as it's not clear that there is anything left for him to "do".
  7. Guessing from the screen cap that shows the thumbnail for the Oppressor Pack that it's the Orange Gold - Silver Crystal from the Oppressor Pack. Try looking for that?
  8. If you ought to have him then there are two ways to get him: 1) You'll get a mail with an "Encrypted Holocommunicator" that just lets you summon and have him. 2) After completing the quest "To Find a Findsman" you will be able to pick up other Alliance Alerts, including Niko's. This is all post KotFE Chapter IX. Hope that helps!
  9. I haven't watched it myself (trying to avoid spoiling it!) but I figured some people here might be interested in watching the first 15 minutes of KotET, which are showing on IGN right now!
  10. A lot of the Nar Shadda Nightlife things are kinda gangsterish. I recall the rifle is a tommy-gun style and the mounts are pretty classic-car.
  11. Haha, awesome! Whenever I get an "awesome" item from my quests but it actually sucks or is outgrown quickly, I throw it in the cargo hold. My sage still has the robes that a jawa gave him back on Tatooine. My smuggler's keeping Sparky safe for Corso. All of Kallig's gear is locked safely aboard my inquisitor's ship. Now I have an idea what I can do with some of those mementos from quests gone by, thanks!
  12. The upshot is that they said in the stream it is designed to have you ping another Command Level every thirty minutes to start, and eventually every hour or two at the top end (Provided you're doing harder content). Should ease the pain a bit? If you get a pack like several times a day, that could be at least as good as raiding and having to roll for gear against your ops group? Or essentially potentially the same as the problem you are describing with tactical flashpoints dropping duplicate gear.
  13. What about the rewards for class missions? Will the 12 comms received be replaced by gobs of credits? Mods? Better gear?
  14. I agree that for taxis it was odd. For the warp points, I think it makes sense to have to unlock, but what's the point of a taxi that only takes you places you've already been?
