Any idea when these Annihilation 'fixes' will be implemented? A start would be a fix to the ramp-up time as you have mentioned, but more importantly than that.. make the bleeds undispellable... because as it is you're better playing RNGCarnage spec then trying to make Annihilation spec work outside of Ranked WZ's. Sound's like some decent idea's to remove the RNG from Carnage, not for or against this tbh. Rage nerf's were needed, nothing to say about those changes.. they've been long over due.

I'd say go Annihilation until mid 40's then try out carnage if you want to, I would avoid playing Rage spec unless you enjoy mashing keys without much/any thought. with Annihilation, Keep ravage on CD, always be using Deadly Saber off Cooldown, and keep rupture up.. not to much more i can suggest while you're such a low level... also as you level up it'll only get better with a ton of Survival CD's which if you stick with it you'll find out.

Yeah, atleast until you get to higher levels, Always use Ravage on cooldown as well.

Would suggest you go Annihilation until you've levelled up more (Level 45 for carnage is the best time to swap, If you wanna that is) Maximize Deadly saber uptime (The bleed you activate) and Rupture mainly.. at your level, the damage is nice... Aint like you have 100 things to use at level 20ish anyway, Rupture will slow any targets your fighting, and i forget if you get the healing debuff by level 22 but try and keep that up mainly on healer targets.

Personally swap between Carnage/Annihilation myself, Both do similar damage.. so play whatever you want. Avoid Rage unless you enjoy not using your brain , ever. :)

Oh & this.

World pvp - yes. X server arena - not to fussed but would be a nice addition. Arena's - yes. World pvp is what need's addressed first though... since it's meant to be available already but is practically non existent.
