Can you clarify when the "realtime" timer is going to start? Once the maintenance for 6.3 begins, or once the servers are back online? Or in other words, are we going to lose tenthousands of techfragments and millions of credits, or not? Also PLEASE increase the cap if you wont let us store tech frags anymore.

When hovering your mouse over a buff/debuff, the timer in the tooltip no longer updates. Here's a GIF showcasing the problem. This has happened before and after the UI fixes from 21.11.19.

Have only tried this twice so far, but seems to be reproducable since a guild mate had the same result. When you deconstruct Cell Grafts (atleast the T11 Biochem ones) that you had stored in your materials stash, you will not receive the regular mats and MK-11 Augmentation Component. Instead you get a bunch of jawa scrap. This seems very much unintended and also a massive oversight.
