  1. That would be nice to have our cleanse back. I can usually 1v1 a madness sorc though playing Marksman.
  2. That is so true..... Sometimes it is hilariously funny when they tunnel you and often it benefits your team with a plant or a score because we can be such easy kills at times. Still love my sniper...thinking of trying engineering out for awhile for a change
  3. I love playing sniper...don't think there is anything wrong with it personally. Yes we die under focus but then again who doesn't? On a serious note I wish they would give a stealth to cover ability which fits snipers just a thought. Would help in ranked to start in a PUG.
  4. Well said...my guess is that person works for bioware and is flaming those of us that are frustrated in losing our money. Sheesh just tell us we will get our token back when it is fixed and this will sort of go away.

  6. I couldn't agree more...I just want my token so I can make a 60. Personally if they would flat out say we will be refunding all of the tokens when we fix the issue and if it cannot be fixed we will refund the coins spent people would be happier. At least I would.

  8. They can compensate cartel coins if they want to. According to the last rep I spoke to the in game CSR people can refund coins or replace the token or both. Assuming they will respond which they wont.
  9. I tried getting a refund. It is their policy or they said anyways that they will not refund money spent on cartel coins and they cannot or wont refund coins over the phone. And to contact in game CSR who by the way does not respond. And according to the 2 people on the phone they have no idea how long it takes for CSR to respond. So you cannot get a refund. Oh and they wont refund what you paid for to play either. So if you pay by month like me you cannot get that back and cancel. Great service huh....? And to think I have played since beta.
  10. They gave some workaround that doesn't work but other than that they wont help from a CSR level. At least not me anyways. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with their CSR people and have several tickets in game they wont respond to.
  11. Yep... The bug sucks but what is worse is they wont give you your coins back, refund your money, heck or even respond to you. Their call in CSR are useless and the ingame CSR doesn't respond. Its a bug we paid money and you should want to make it better.
  12. Don't call. It is their policy not to help with in game issues or to refund cartel coins. And it is also their policy not to refund cartel coin purchases because you used the coins to buy something in game whether or not it actually works. SO save yourself a half hour or more on the phone.
