Should I only get gear with high willpower and strength?

Very confused...should i just get gear with high strength and willpower???

I've been beta testing since the summer and I can tell you they really made Black Talon very easy compared to beta. Not sure if I like that so much. I would like to have a challenging experience in flash points. What are non elite enemies doing in a flashpoint very weird to me. I know Black Talon is the first flashpoint so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. Till I try another flashpoint later on.
