Im lvl 30 tank shadow and Im usually in the middle of the dps ranks, below the actual dps guys but above the other tanks and healers. And I'm rather bad at pvp in general.

Also dont forget to put up Guard on your healer to help reduce his threat generation. But yea force breach is probably your best Aoe ability for awhile for threat generation.

About the only time that should ever come up is if you go tank shadow and need a better shield generator, and that's mostly because will shields are almost impossible to find for awhile.

However, if you are tanking as a shadow, make sure you keep an offhand with shield chance. Shadows have the lowest damage mitigation of the tanks, and that's off set by the fact we can get the highest shield chance. Anyway, as a tank you probably want a higher Endurance anyway.
