  1. My co-host Chris and I interviewed SWTOR Community Manager Joveth Gonzalez on last week's podcast and got the scoop on what his first few months on the job have been like, what his team has in store for us over the next couple of months as we lead up to the launch of the free-to-play option, and perhaps most importantly, for which side of the intergalactic galaxy he’s fighting. Check it out on iTunes or here: http://mmoreporter.com/2012/09/10/tor-reporter-episode-46-interview-with-swtor-community-manager-joveth-gonzalez/
  2. Greetings from inquisitor's Roadhouse! Just wanted to share one of my favorite recent posts with everyone... http://inquisitorsroadhouse.com/2012/08/11/you-have-failed-me-for-the-last-time-qyzen-fess/ cheers, Anexxia
  3. I think that fansites and media interviews provide extra flavor on topics, due in part to the players interviewing devs and coming up with interesting questions. I for one would be bummed to only see dev discussions on game topics only on official channels.
  4. Does this mean versus having new information shared via fansite interviews and/or media interviews? I recall seeing some complaints in the past on the forums from folks regarding what was perceived as additional details on new content being shared via non-SWTOR owned sites. Is this in response to that criticism? I hope it doesn't mean we won't continue to see Dev interviews on the fansites as those have been very fun and interesting in the past, both as a reader and an interviewer. cheers, Anexxia

  9. I have gotten about 3 such recipes from my slicing so far, 2 for armormech and 1 for synthweaving.
  10. Overall, I loved the event. I participated on my level 40 and my level 50, both of whom got the DNA samples-purchased rakling pet as a result of their daily efforts. I thought there was good immersion for players at a variety of levels thanks to having the news terminals and intercomm announcements on the fleet. I personally had a lot of fun with doing some in-character blogging about the event too on inquisitorsroadhouse.com since it was such a fun event. I had one character's plague Origin quest get bugged, with the last piece not being clickable, which was not resolved by the end of the event, which meant she didn't get the rakling pet from it which was a bummer. And after having such a great iterative story, with new quests popping up each day, I was a little surprised and disappointed to have the event just sort of vanish at the end. I guess I was expecting some sort of finale. The cap to the story arc could have been a big world event, an all galaxy announcement, or even some sort of in-game mail letting me know that thanks to my hard work and DNA samples the plague had been contained. But these are minor areas for improvement. When I logged in and saw the plague had vanished, I thought I must have missed the end cap to the story. Keep up the great work and please be implementing more of these in the future! A nice alternative to holiday events.
