  3. So I know this is kinda late, but I've found myself to be kinda bored around midnight and have found myself just scrolling through the forums, looking at whatever. I've decided to create a TRE pvp record thread just to give me something to do on those nights. With that being said, I will try to update this thread as DAILY as possible, but if it becomes too much of a hassle, it will become weekly updates. Like some other record threads, a few categories have been removed due to lack of interest or brokenness: Biggest Heals (screw Trauma Regulators), Kills (who cares about farming pubs), Objective Points (go get em you regstars, but don't bother here!), and Medals (once again, who cares). Here are the rules: 1. A link HAS to be associated with the category you're posting for, otherwise I can't add your name due to lack of evidence (doesn't have to be HD, just clear enough to show your name and the result is shown.) 2. To prevent people from taking over categories and to give other people a chance, a person will be allowed only TWO spots on a single category on the same character. So if you submit 4k DPS, then 4.5k DPS, and then 5k DPS, the 4k DPS spot will be removed so it frees up an extra spot. 3. This thread will be updated from NOW UNTIL 6.0 as long as I am still able to do so. So anything from 5.0 till then is allowed!   4. First three classes? Yes, they need a DCD reevaluation and adjustment especially when they're damage makes them outperform so many other classes while just face tanking damage. But what part of an operative is OP? Our roll, the only ACTUAL ability that we have to effectively and consistently mitigate damage, which is on the GCD making us unable to heal nor DPS in the process? Or our offheals, which can be argued are our 2nd best defensive considering that shield probe can barely absorb a 20k hit and evasion can only mitigate white damage for 3seconds (btw, offheals are on the GCD as well preventing us from doing damage once again)? Or is it our almighty Burst that is not existent unless you're able to align all the stars, have autocrit on volatile substance, crit on Backstab and Veiled Strike, have both of your relic procs up, have your 2% damage bonus up from setbonus, and have your Raid buff up (which is on a 5minute CD and can only be used in objective maps, not arenas)? Or is it our "broken CC kit" which can be argued that sins have a better one considering that we lost our hidden strike CC and they gained a 30m mez that builds less resolve than a regular hardstun or mez that's on a 10-12 second CD while keeping spike (no, I'm not complaining about sins so don't make responses and say "LOL AN OP COMPLAINING ABOUT A SIN? WHAT A JOKE!" Just proving a point here).
  5. Your post is so contradictory that it's hilarious to read. "Can you please buff our damage while lowering health in PvP to decrease TTK even though we can already hit 30k in one GCD?" That's such a dumb argument to make. You need to nerf overall damage output before nerfing overall survivability of any class and then bring in line healing as well. You can't just touch one part without looking at the whole system. And idk if you know this, but Arsenal is supposed to be one of the bottom 3 parsing specs. Inb4 the argument "BUT LIGHTNING AND MM CAN PARSE SO MUCH HIGHER AND ARSENAL IS ONLY AT BLAH BLAH BLAH!" Lightning and MM haven't got updated yet so any argument saying that arsenal isn't on par with them is 100% invalid. Remove trauma regulators completely, nerf the 30s shield utility, make kolto surge 45%, leave heal on reflect, and make net place a buff on players that keeps them from getting netted again for x minutes.
  6. If you're gonna use the term "wintrade," at least use it in the right manner. You can't wintrade something where you can't win or lose. An achievement means nothing imo. Like "OMG YOU FARMED 50,000 KILLS FOR MANHUNTER TITLE?!" Like does anyone seriously care about that? It's something that has no actual reward that has any incentive at all and anyone who complains about people killing each other in open world PvP are just dumb minded. If you're that proud of your achievements, then be proud of something that has meaning like a timed NiM run or something. Not a stupid PvP kill achievement.

I wouldn't have responded to your post in the first place if I didn't read it. There hasn't been a single time where I can make blood boiler detonate and still not be able to use backblast infront of the target. It works 100% of the time so I honestly have no clue how anyone can mess that up lol. Are you not at least level 68? Because that's when you gain access to the passive
  8. It's not bugged at all. You have to make Blood Boiler detonate FIRST, then you can use Backblast facing the target. You'll see a pinkish orange debuff on them after Blood Boiler that'll say "Vulnerable to Backlast" meaning you can use it while facing the target. Note that once you use Backblast while that debuff is there, it will go away so you would have to detonate a 2nd one to get another debuff.
  9. If you honestly think about a 28% nerf to Acid Blade and Collatoral Strike passives are a huge nerf, you need help dude. It won't affect the rotation at all besides maybe having to use more abilities to make up for the loss of overall damage and it's only a nerf to a 5-6k dot after backstab and to a 3-5k additional hit after laceration. It's not a huge nerf at all....

To hope and wish for that your favorite classes become the top of the food chain while the ones that are already there end up becoming your snack that you can kill in a 1.5 second window is NEVER a solution to class balance. The only time anyone should be getting globaled is if their complete and utter trash, THAT'S fact. Even decent PTs and Jugs can last WAY longer than most people in ranked because they know their classes. I don't even know why I bothered to write this since I'm gonna be getting a whiny post back about how someone is complaining that their favorite class is utter **** and they want it to become the new FOTM hype train. Doc, just stop posting here. It's actually a waste of time. People like Icykill (who thinks midbies is more balanced than 70s LUL) are just gonna be ignorant and keep arguing that Marauders are perfect even though their DCDs do need some form of a nerf.
  11. To anyone who's complaining about the changes, grow a pair and stop be whiny AF. The truth of the matter was concealment was parsing way higher than it should've been if you compare it to others in it's category,which came directly from the Combat Team, that have already been updated (aka Engineering, Madness, and IO). The change they did was literally the BEST possible change they could've done without making the class completely and utterly useless. If they changed anything else about the spec, it would essentially end up become irrelevant in terms of DPS in one piece of content or another. And to the people who are complaining about PvP, if you don't already know this by now (especially when Devs have stated it themselves), they are balancing everything STRICTLY on DPS/HPS values which means they don't give a damn **** about anything besides parses. Concealment doesn't do well overall in DPS in PvP because we don't have actual CDs that are off the GCD that allow us to keep fighting while getting tunneled. Only time we are able to get on top of the boards is when we're allowed to freecast which 9/10 times doesn't happen at all.

  14. Just a little heads up: 4,345 is not the highest LEGITMATE rating in solo ranked. Lyala is a wintrader who transfers to dead servers on all of his toons and multi boxes 7 other accounts in order to throw for himself. All of his toons' ratings are fake. I know that you can't really tell a lot of the times from the leaderboards, but just a little heads up.
