  1. I thought he was trying to become a physical god by absorbing the whole galaxy's "force energy" (memo to self: find better term) and then recreate life. Hmm, I may need to rewatch some conversations...
  2. Very interesting. One minor point; I suspect the Sith who visited Sel-Makor "decades ago" was Baras and that he laid the trap that eventually captures the Voice of the Emperor then.
  3. Pretty much. There'd probably be people who were 1/10,000th Sith, but no one can tell without a fairly extensive DNA test.
  4. Not sure about that. You get treated with a fair bit of respect in the later parts of the storyline
  5. Moderation is for Jedi! Sith should fully embrace their passion for delicious chocolatey goodness!
  6. I'm also a Baras fan. The comparison with Baron Harkonnen is a pretty good one.
  7. I'm tipping that Chapter 4 and beyond will be coming in expansion packs. The "regular" content updates will be new flashpoints/operations, some guild/legacy stuff, maybe a new warzone or two and perhaps a small planet (think the pve side of Ilum). In fairness to BW, adding new class-content will be a lot of work, since you have to do it for all eight classes. Even a fairly modest update (say a line of five quests) would mean writing and implementing forty different missions.
  8. Vette's story is better executed, but Jaesa's story is more interesting. When you get down to it, Vette is a pretty standard companion character; the cute rogue with a nasty childhood. Nothing wrong with that (its a classic for a reason) and its fun, but there's nothing there you haven't seen before. Some of (ok, a lot of) Jaesa's dialogue is stilted and/or exposition without real interaction. But underneath it there's a pretty good look at what the Sith are and how a nice girl from Alderaan ends up following them. Normally you only see a glimpse of that in the cutscene before you kill a boss.
  9. Malak's final words after Revan/you kill him in KOTOR are: "As the darkness takes me, I am nothing" You can see the wreckage of the Endar Spire on Taris. There's also a republic quest line relating to the exiles who Revan helped while there. On Corellia as an Imperial there's a passing mention of the "Onasi Memorial", presumably memorialising Carth. Regarding Revan's plans though... the Extermination Droids are designed to kill anyone with Sith blood. Other races and Sith have interbred to the extent that 99.97% of the population of the Empire have Sith blood. So its not just the Sith Lords they're going after; they're going to kill practically every man, woman and child in the entire Empire. That's well and truly jumping off the slippery slope. Also, in the Foundry Flashpoint, the fight ends when Revan i's on about 2% health; further suggesting he'll be back.
  10. In fairness, signing up for the Empire was always going to be an exercise in pain; its not exactly a spoiler that they've got to lose in the end. That said, BW does seem to be systematically killing off Imperials of note rather quickly.
  11. Almost certainly a bug; I've had a grand total of two conversations with Vette despite being level 26 and having reasonable affection (1500+ iirc) and none with Malavi. Perhaps more tellingly, I sometimes get the "companion wants to talk to you on the ship" icon, but it disappears after changing zone (like... entering the hanger...) I've put in a bug report, no reply yet though
