Per https://forums.swtor.com/topic/795177-bug-report-forum-usage/#comment-8547643 Launcher issues should be posted in the technical issues forum, but if you dont provide the information requested then no one can help you I do hope it miraculously starts working again , maybe try on a different computer and see if it works, if it does work on a different computer and you have checked the antivirus and firewall Did you edit the client_setting file per the link in the first post ? https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/m-p/4809830/highlight/true#M70795 It would be helpful to have the dxdiag and the contents of the client_setting file to compare if you are getting to the chain in the dark screen and not at the launcher with a loading sign

  5. @Hollow_Stone My understanding is all eligible accounts have been granted 30 days, you can submit a ticket and ask, but your account must of been deemed ineligible otherwise it would of been granted already

English line will be open on Monday, french and german lines are closed due to a bank holiday, if the transaction is marked as closed in the swtor account , call or submit a ticket to check support will be fully back on Tuesday if you keep having issues with one particular payment method, maybe best to use another, maybe use paypal or similar is best can suggest

Marked as rejected could also be that the information is wrong for example i would remove and re-add the card initially in both the swtor account and linked ea account the email used on the linked ea account should be found on the purchase history page in your swtor account this email can be different to the email used on the swtor account

  11. what about if you go to another server say in the US after DM kicks you ? same thing ?
  12. was working ok previously ? reboot the router/modem and remove and re-add exceptions for launcher.exe to the antivirus and firewall firstup
  13. i would check your antivirus and firewall firstup , it could explain the launcher issues and the no server list no server list can also occur if a compatibility mismatch exists between launcher.exe and swtor.exe have you tried installing the steam version to see if the same thing occurs ?
  14. @tschme The linked ea account carbonth1ef has been disabled, and uses the same gmail email used on your swtor account use this link (insert the swtor gmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com When i checked support did not have an email from you yet with the steam screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
  15. Support says it shows as rejected by the bank on their end, given you have checked with your bank , if you have waited a full 24 hrs to retry, best to use a different payment method like paypal
