Alacrity scales too slow to be worth using at the moment, especially since theres no real benefit to casting Innervate faster, your DoT doesn't benefit from it either. The only spell that benefits from it really is dark infusion which if you're spamming that fast means you will run out of force fast.
I'd say Crit/Power/Surge are the most important 3.
No you don't, because your base would be about 2.6k=2.8k and with even 100% surge, the 30% debuff will bring you below 5k, nevermind 6k. Maybe someone in full Battlemaster with the expertise buff could hit 6k.
Sorcs are gods of the 20-40 range, after that they are no better than any of the other strong classes. They've said they can't balance pvp for every level range, some classes will be better than others at certain levels.
I wouldn't be surprised if they actually increase the times, so many of the heroics are soloable by suicide running to the boss.

I'm not sure after that, I think its 5 then 10 so he must be dying a lot. Anyone who dies 5 times is not playing the game right. Especially as a Sorcerer.
