  1. If they insist on having a deserter lockout in regs it should be no more than 5 minutes, and it should be for the character, not the account. I definitely understand the need for a 15 minute lockout etc for ranked, but it's ridiculous that they applied it to regs as well.

  3. The win only thing isn't my issue with the changes. I'm more annoyed with a 15 minute lockout for leaving early than having to try for wins over number farming. At least with four good players you have a shot at a W. The deserter lockout should be 5 minutes. SF has been spotty for me on the west coast lately and being locked out due to a Disconnect really blows.
  4. I'd honestly rather have a classic level 50, or 55 server over adding another server for your stated reasons.
  5. The toxicity has been there since launch 2011 so that's really not a good argument at all. Stop queuing solo, get some friends. Maybe that's a problem for you in real life, but on an mmo you might be able to get someone to like you and group up.
  6. They implemented the win requirement because 8v8 regs was 90% number farming matches. At least with the win requirement more people will try to get those W's instead of thinking they can do big d*ck dps/hps. Now the lockout timer of 15 minutes for leaving a warzone early is ridiculous. It should be 5 minutes max if they insist on having it.
  7. They added a win requirement because the number farming got so out of hand there was literally no objective play going on it 80% of the matches. I don't mind the win requirements because it reminds me of the old 8v8 days when people actually tried to win while getting high numbers. The only change that truly sucks is the deserter lockout timer.
  8. *Laughs in Powertech* PT is a glass cannon with no dcd's and a so called heal that literally has fancy green numbers that do nothing, lol. Anyways, honestly BW's nerfs have always been so bad we're probably better off tweaking the sub par classes than screwing classes with nerfs.
  9. Huttball needs it's own queue. I'm sure enough would queue for two full teams.

  11. You mean the recycled rewards that we're getting now in ranked? All of the weapons, etc are rewards I obtained the first time around when ranked had a population and was competitive and relevant.
  12. None of those numbers are big protect numbers, and anyone who does off guard on Solo ranked on live gets crapped on once people realize they are off guarding. DPS has been able to off guard for ages now and it's never been a huge issue for those who know what to do about it. I've had over 100k+ easy with taunts alone .

    What did they buff besides the powerlode tactical for back to back Energy bursts? Energy burst has always hit a crit after 4 stacks were built. When I last played AP in December it was crap, so I need to be brought up to speed on what changed. EDIT: From looking at the 6.1 notes basically nerfing the tactical would fix the issue. The other tweaks are definitely not big enough to make a huge difference: "Advanced Prototype The Energy and Kinetic damage buff from High Energy Gas Cylinder increased to 5% (up from 3%). Power Bracer damage buff increased to 10% (up from 5%). Blood Tracker damage buff increased to 5% (up from 3%). Advanced Prototype Tacticals The Powerlode tactical now increases Energy Burst’s critical chance by 100%."
  14. It's not like they couldn't make a separate solo ranked 8v8 queue or something. Would people queue for that though? IDK, but having to win for rating is involved so there would definitely be more Objs and strats involved like the old 8v8 days.
