  1. I imagine Nox is fairly typical of a Dark Council member. Lie/Cheat/Steal your way to the top relying on luck exploiting others. It's likely few got there through sheer power, more like corrupt politicians who build a reputation they could never really live up to.
  2. Site appears to have been offline last few days, any word on its return?? Great reference source, beginning to miss it
  3. Created a Chiss Jedi Knight (which btw I think is the coolest looking Race/Class combo in game!) He is called: Llano Full name is: Marinel'lan'omoh In my legacy family tree he is the son of my Operative, though doesnt share the family name. I'm sure there's a reason for it, just need to make one up
  4. Inspired by SWTOR and my guild mates I decided to try my hand at creating a short video series chronicling my Sith Warrior's progression outside of the class storyline, although this first part is based on the Class Story just to kick things off (Spoilers alert). This is my first attempt at anything like this so I hope I've achieved what I set out to do. The Chaos Within - Prologue As a youngling, Huroken became obsessed with stories of the most powerful ancient Sith such as Naga Sadow, Ajunta Pall and Tulak Hord. Seeing his potential his early instructors instilled a hunger in him, insisting he could be as powerful as these ancient Sith. As an adult, his power with the dark side of the force still growing, Huroken sets off for his final trials, determined to leave a path of chaos and death in his wake as he rises to become the most powerful Sith in existence. ((Warning - Video contains spoilers))
  5. Wow, I created this about 3 and a half months ago and after a few replies didn't think there was much interest. Just happened to be browsing and am delighted to see so many excellent and relevant names... even Supersize Cheeseburger!! Cheers folks, keep em coming!
  6. As an altoholic I'm happy to lend my advice So your main will give you experience of Melee DPS and Tanking, so pick a Trooper Commando as your Rep alt giving you Ranged DPS and Healing experience. For your Imp side alt there are two options to consider. 1. You can go Sith Inquisitor then decide on Sorc vs Assassin based on whether you prefered your experiences as Ranged or Melee DPS and Tanking or Healing (assuming in the future we'll be able to dual spec). 2. Imperial Agent for the simple reason their storyline is (in my opinion) the best in the game. Also their advanced classes are both great, Sniper is a fantastic mechanic and the Operative is a lot of fun for both PVE and PVP. Personally I'd recommend the Agent Hope this helps
  7. Credit where credit's due, cheers for those links AstroCat
  8. There's a thread about Chiss names futher down, I'm curious to know what people who have followed Chiss convention have chosen for their names and why?? My IA Chiss is called: Thosc Full name is: Jarlat'hos'clien This name doesnt use any "official" Chiss family or occupation names I'm aware of in SW Lore (decent list found here). Of course I could please any puritans by claiming a full name of Brast'hos'cspalla to match that list. Why? Well I always use names from a list of about 75 I have from my Neverwinter Nigths days. Each name has a character to me from it's creation and I try to match that name with the character I wish to portray. Of course the D&D world doesn't have anything close to Chiss naming convention so I took my Dark Elf Warlock, Jarlath Hosclien, and transformed his name. Incidently Hosclien is the name of my WoW Holy Paladin. If you're wondering what the hell I'm talking about, here's some helpful resources: Wookieepedia Entry Understanding Chiss names
  9. I think I read it somewhere but while waiting for my early acces thought I'd confirm it. Can we use Accented Characters in our Names? (áéíóú)
