  1. I generally use something poisonous for my Darth names. Right now I'm using Caladium for my Male Inquisitor and had previously used Cicuta for my female Sith Warrior that I played in beta. Pretty good list of some that stuff here if you're looking for a similar idea.
  2. Eh...I'm sure Malgus is fine, it's not like he was cut in half or anything.
  3. You'd also have to consider how authentic you'd want to make the Day/Night cycle. For example, Hutta and Nar Shaddaa both have an 87 hour rotations, however, Nar Shaddaa is a moon, so it's day/night cycle would be completely different from Hutta's. And what about all the other planets? Do you have a day/night cycle based off their particular rotations? Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing it. I think it would be interesting to add it to all the planets and maybe have various local times. You could potentially even make time/day based missions and such. It certainly would at least make things feel at least a little bit more dynamic than it is now.
  4. Top 3 Imperial Agent Jedi Knight Sith Warrior If it had just been Act I alone, though, Sith Warrior would've killed every other class. It probably has the best Act I by far of all the classes.
  5. Actually, it can, just they choose not to at this current juncture. Hero Engine Day/Night Cycle Videos:
  6. I kind of agree with this. It used to be way, way worse than it is now. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing them add a crafting item to say Synthweaving and Armormech that would allow you transfer all mods including augments from one piece of gear to another of you choice of the same slot type.
  7. Eh...this could have potential depending on how they do it. Imagine being able to have your Knight and Smuggler companions hang out in the same Stronghold. About the only thing better would be the very old idea of being able to pull out all Same Faction companions you have acquired on any character, so say pulling out Kira Carsen on your Smuggler and such. The only things that really bothers me is the Guild Planet conquest. It just sounds silly, and I expect it will really only favor the very large guilds. It also is odd to me this wouldn't be a Factional PvP thing. I think I would much rather see something potentially tied into the Guild Ships where depending on which planet you base your ship out of, you'd get various bonuses for that planet and overall that you could work toward by doing missions. For those solo players (or all players in general), perhaps let them be able to purchase a Thranta-class Corvette (or the Imperial equivalent) that would unlock lesser or other bonuses that players could unlock based on the base planet.
  8. So after over a year layoff, I got bored and decided to give this game another go. So I thought I'd see if there are any raiding guilds out there that might be interested in picking up an experienced "classic" SWTOR raider and let me ride the bench for a bit while I get my characters up to snuff while potentially jumping in on the occasional story mode or lower end hard mode. Experience wise, I am the former main tank and raid leader of the defunct progression guild, Paradigm. I have cleared the following "classic" instances on the following difficulty levels before I went on vacation in Nov 2012: Eternity Vault (Nightmare - Full Clear) Kragga's Palace (Nightmare - Full Clear) Explosive Conflict (Hard - Full Clear) Terror from Beyond (Hard - 4/5) From character standpoint here's what I have available to offer that I'm will to raid with: Play Full time: Blev - 55 Tank Guardian Serwyn - 50 Sentinel Varlene - 50 Tank/DPS Shadow Play Part time: Sarinn - 50 Healer Scoundrel (I don't really enjoy playing a healer full time) Ranwyn - 50 DPS Commando (Don't really enjoy playing the commando class) Anyways, if anyone has an interest, feel free to contact me in game or leave a post. Right now I've been focusing on playing my Guardian, however, if you have interest in an alternate character/role, let me know and I'll switch my focus to that character. From a time standpoint, I'm generally looking to raid in the evenings weekday and weekend in the 8PM to 12AM EST timeframe. -Blev
  9. Having played all the classes, it's hands down Guss Tuno by a wide, wide margin. He's the companion that makes me wish I could still murder my companions.
  10. Imperial Trooper gear is available off the Collector's Edition Vendor. Personally, Green Jedi Robes Stormguard Armor Easier to Obtain Robe of Deception (or just a nice looking white robe in general) White Version of Battlelord's Gear Battlelord's Gear w/ Dark Green Robe
  11. The 1-50 game is actually the strongest part of the game. Once the story ends, unfortunately, the game gets very weak. Post-50 has nothing unique to stand on and it sadly just feels like every other generic MMO with a bit of Star Wars flavor added.
  12. Except for the fact that that has always been depicted as a greenish lightsaber color. Just because the name says Rainbow doesn't mean that's what you get.
  13. You have a tank die? That will spawn them early as well. We ran into a couple bugs with the Yellow Circle debuff not appearing in the UI and the boss just deciding to randomly 1 shot the tanks (note this was not the 10 stack incubation thing).
  14. Loot Council. We try to make it as far as possible by awarding items to people who haven't gotten anything in a while, which we keep track of.
