I had exactly the same problem with BP HM last time. This problem lies within the game mechanics that decide when a HM is completed; By killing the boss or one specific boss in the case of BP. Nothing we can do but waiting until it gets changed.

As Rethoren stated, get a guild. If everyone is geared well, the problem is tactics/skill/lack of knowing each other. Playing with people you can rely on and you can improve together with should help you. *edit* I'm not saying that you can't rely on groups of non-guildies, but you know, you never knows what awaits you.

This is true, but you are mixing things up. Afaik he mostly uses these numbers to counter the sexist arguments. Those accusations were made with the lack of consideration of game design decisions, which are not sexist/unfair, but take other issues like this in consideration.
