Your surge rating is too high. After around 300-350 you get diminishing returns and would be better of getting alacrity. The above poster gave you a better rotation and I would recommend taking the snap shot utility and when its time in your rotation to pull lethal shot, you can have an instant cast of that. In your gear you should be around 4200 on the dummy in virulence.

Whats with the a,b,c,d with alacrity? Is that gear tier based?

Guardian is extremely good in Pvp and after 3.0 looks to be getting some very good buffs, as for pve I raid nim content and am currently the highest parsing dps on my team. Any class is viable for dps as long as you know how to play it.

Don't worry, when the new expansion comes out, everything will be fine. Adding more to the servers will only improve performance. They are using the wrong potatoes to repair server issues.

Is there a reason why you use Shatter first? I found I had higher parses putting Impale before Shatter. I mean, I have seen some of the highest parses on parsec and there is mixed results. I just want to see the reasoning behind swapping Impale for Shatter, and vice versa.
