  1. My main is an operative since pre launch, and I'm done with concealment til they get it fixed. Yes, there's people saying "oh the burst is still there" but against who lvl 30s who don't have resilience in regs? It's survivability is also really laughable. You have to be able to roll to get the 1.5 second immunity to pop. If you can't roll thanks to all the roots, stuns, nets etc, that are currently in wz's (both reg and ranked) then you're stuck with...shield probe. It helps a little even with the talents, but with the damage output from the other classes right now, the probe pops and you still take 6-8k after the hit. Concealment has always been the "hit and run spec" but everyone can do that now. PTs are hitting for 15k+ and have more mobility and survivability than us, Sorcs and assassins are hitting for 14-16k and have our maneuverability AND better heals... I'm only going to mention look at madness assassins and their dot mechanics and damage.. For now, I am sticking with lethality til bioware pulls their head out of their bums and takes a hard look at class balancing.. or do we need to put up the screen shots of pts pulling over 2 mil damage with a 15k hit, or assassins pulling 2k dps with a huge hit before they realize that either the pvp system needs changing(which I think it needs to) or that classes need to go back to the drawing board and told what niche they are suppose to fill..
  2. I just think Carbine burst needs either a wider cone, or just do the full 360 for everything within 10m. Reason being: It's not very clear WHERE the cone is hitting, or how far it's going. On both my op and my scoundrel the cone just looks... stupid and lazy. I tested out a few positions with the cone and it doesn't even go the full distance on the cone, nor does it spread the dots really well.. We lost Orbital, why not just give us back that capacity in carbine burst. this way we are still a melee, but have a better flow when it comes to spreading dots to multiple targets... The debate on whether we should get a third dot (outside of concealment which is complete and utter Horse SH.... right now is for another day.
  3. The entire ranking system needs to be reset before the rewards come out. In the past week I have seen nothing but Exploiters and win traders. It's like they do not care about pvp because not only have they not fixed the chair exploit when it's been around for 2-3 months, but they are just now looking at bolster exploiting after putting up the rewards, yet will screw everyone of us who are NOT exploiting the system. Also, whats the logic of losing ~30 rating for a loss, but only gaining ~15-20 for a win? The system should be when you break even IE equal wins and losses that your rating should equal 1200.. not -100 rating when you started.
  4. How about they first: FIX RESOLVE/Stunlocking from all the classes.. Being Perma stunned is not my idea of a good time. FiX 10-15k Smashes/Mauls/Heatseekers/Ambushes FIX Bolster (honestly, people are bypassing Oberon because crafted blues give more stats) FIX Exploits! -The devs have known about things like the med table healing you up while in combat for a while yet they do not ban people who use it, nor does it even seem like they care that people are using this blatant exploit in pvp. Then they can fix what they already buffed in terms of operatives. If they do not at least acknowledge or even seem like they are even caring about this type of stuff in pvp, then I know quite a bunch of people who are going to take their monthly subscriptions to another company in april..
  5. You have to gang up on the op healer.. It's stupid how easy they are in pvp to just heal and laugh about it. as an operative main I want them nerfed for the good of the state of pvp
  6. What they need to do is nerf their AOE mez.. It's stupid that they have a 45-minute cooldown on it, has a 15m range on it, and doesn't need a target.. It should either only be a 3 second stun like the BH ones, or frontal cone only.

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but when using a maneuver that is supposed to de-lock a missile on you (barrel roll, updated evasion, etc) will not remove the missile lock if the opponent has a way to shoot two of the same missiles instantaneous(IE updated cluster missiles). It's very annoying when fighting in pvp seeing them lock on only to have neither of the missiles evaded even tho you used your evade in plenty of time. *suggestion: Please extend the amount of time it takes for a ship to re-establish a lock on you after you use such a move. It's very annoying while you're in the middle of a barrel roll to have your opponent have a full lock before you come out of it.
  9. I approve of these changes , although it doesn't bring us back to the 1.2 glory, it is a step in the right direction, and actually will make concealment viable in raids. I do like it that they are looking into trying to give both specs more survivability without buffing medicine (because let's face it, we're hard as stone to kill in medicine) and I can't wait to actually re-learn (lethality since 2.0) concealment. It will be fun
  10. I can see it now. "Hey give me 10 seconds to get this buff and switch back" I think that those parses should be invalid because it's not viable in a real time raid setting,unless your leader is a blowhard and likes to talk and discuss strategy for 5 minutes without the use of a macro (which are illegal according to BW). I mean, I'm fast at respeccing because I've done it so much, but even I can't spec concealment to get acid blade, activate it, then switch back in less than a minute!(average span between a trash pull and a boss fight) Hopefully in 2.6 we wont have to go to those extreme measures.
  11. I really hope that's more than just "Hey we boosted overload shot even more!" guess we'll just have to wait and see what it is.
  12. The scout is just overall better. Better turning, Way Better burst and Way better survivability. I have my rycer almost maxed yet I'm having more fun on the sting leveling it up than my rycer. The common misconception is that strike fighters are tankier ships than scouts.. that's not the case when my sting have only 150 health less than my upgraded rycer! Shields don't mean jack these days when everyone can just bypass them, have innate 100% shield bypass etc. I would love to go back to my rycer (or to my missile boat) but right now they can't stand up to the power that is the sting
  13. Giving it the ability to grant a TA would help better.. You can WB-Cull instead of WB-Shiv-Cull with the same effect. What would be nice is if they consolidated a ton of useless talents into one and give us either more damage in the two specs, or more survivability.. Wouldn't hurt to have every op get 3 stacks of TA or longer duration baseline too.
