No, I was actually asking where to get the mats to make those blue med packs...I have some blue schematics but didn't know how to acquire the blue level mats that are required to make them...I would repeatedly send my crew out and they would come back with greens only so I was wondering how you get the blue mats...Apparently I need to speak to someone that does diplomacy...

I send my crew out and I never get the blue items to make better pots than just the standard green ones. Am I missing anything, I'm newer so sorry for the basic question. Thanks

As title says...I never got an opportunity to play beta and have tried to look it up. I know it's what you are interested in but is there skills and such that let's say most benefit our class. Thanks in advance for any advice.
