How about CC'ing the healer, and then killing the tank? A wee bit of coordination there and it works well. I should know, happens to me in PVP all the time
  3. You do realise that all sages/sorcerors aren't healers, right?
  4. I only ever use Force Quake to ensure opposing players can't defuse/plant doors and cap turrets as that is one of the few times a lot of people might be bunched together. In short, it is a tad situational, but quite useful.
  5. As mentioned before. All classes get a similar ability that only works in a pve environment against non elites. If they let consulars/inquisitors have theirs, they must give it to all classes. Do you really want operatives/scoundrels to have another high damage burst ability after stunning you from stealth?
  6. You do realise that marauders and sentinels wipe the floor with sage/sorc, right?
  7. Rule of two happened a lot later. No midichlorians as of yet. I do think your OCD might come from excessive amphetamine use, I would quit if I were you. There are very few lore issues at all as BioWare can do whatever the heck they want in this timeline. There are inconsistencies, but the once you are going on about are from a different time-period altogether :=
  8. I never said it wasn't viable. I use it in HM as well, I'm just careful with my energy when doing so. I do love the mobility the spec offers, and in fights where mobility is key and you can't be in cover for more then 2 secs at a time, it is a heck of a better spec then SS is. I just happen to think the sustained damage isn't as high as sharpshooter can be when you do get the luxury of being stationary. Until we get combat logs, it is a moot point though, as all we can go by is how it feels. For me, it is my favorite spec at any rate and I'd rather not go near Sharpshooter at all if I can avoid it
  9. Could've been lethality specced as well and added dots beforehand, gone into cover, tossed the charge, relic/adrenal and then used the equiv of wounding shots and the finisher. You wouldn't necessarily realise you've been hit by the dots before the sniper gets the burst going after setting up. But once that has happened, the incoming damage can be quite intense. If I see an operative or a non bubbled sorc, I will dot them up. Go into cover, relic/adrenal. Sab charge, illegal mods, hit wounding shots, at which point they will most likely be at 30%. Boom.
  10. Flurry of Bolts, use it while you wait for a tick or two of energy. The damage isn't actually all that bad. Mine hit for 1k+ with crits. Not a ton vs a 20k hp tank, but it is a damn sight better then going dry.
  11. Be glad you aren't an MD that yells "I heal you with Jedi power" to the patients.
  12. The poster above was right in that you can get two wounding shots off per set of dots. I do make sure to regenerate a bit in between shots and don't just spam it all off the bat. It is better to pace yourself a wee bit so that you don't run totally dry. The burst is quite decent after you've set up, but DF is nowhere near as good as SS for pve. I am running a hybrid "aoe" spec where I have up to wounding shots in DF tree, and the rest in Sab for aoe damage. With that, smacking down packs of mobs isn't all that bad, Freighter Flybys even tend to hit around 4k a tick at times with relic/adrenal. It is primarily a PVP spec though based around holding objectives or hurting a bunch of people dumb enough to stand in my way. That being said, it seems to do quite decent damage even in HM instances as long as I pace myself on the bursts. It's not as effective single target as SS is by any means, but it's also not that much slower, and mowing down packs of mobs in places like HM Kaon is priceless fun.

    Your bad if...

Your lack of proper usage of you/you're really makes it difficult to take anything you say seriously. Understand the proper usage of the word you need. The best way to do that is to sound it out. There is a replacement test that will tell you for certain which word will fit. Read the sentence with "you are" in place of where the "your/you're" is intended. If it makes sense, then "you're" would be right. If not, then "your" would fit. You could also replace "your" with "my" in the sentence. If it fits, then use "your." Once you get this right, you have the remote possibility of me being bothered to read your elitist drivel. I use keybinds, I mouse turn, I don't back pedal. Nevertheless it irks me that other people have the gall to tell others how to play the game their way, when they have the literacy of a 10 year old.
