I hope this message reaches all Star Wars: The Old Republic players from Singapore and Malaysia, old and new. There's a growing community of us on Facebook who share ideas and information on Facebook. We have been around since before the original Launch Day (20th December 2011) with some of us having tried the beta in end 2011 and enjoying Early-Game-Access. The aim is to provide a one-stop connection point for both Republic and Imperial players from Singapore and Malaysia to make friends with one another and perhaps find guilds on servers for flash points, operations, PVP purposes and even general questing. They're working on movable UI and Guild Banks. Pretty sure it will be up soon. 1.1 is the first part of a huge patch. The other part will come soon

... I have genuine faith in you in making your game work. I don't expect perfection. That would be impossible, but I sincerely hope that you will prove to your customers that SWTOR is a game worth playing and saving. You have proven yourselves time and time again with your other RPG games. I understand that this is your first MMORPG and filling up shoes left empty by Blizzard (some may argue it's still filled but sorry folks, Cataclysm didn't work for me) is a daunting task, but I have faith in you guys. I am quite happy with what you have offered so far but I really hope you get around to fixing a lot of glaring bugs. Maybe you guys can start prioritizing issues instead of rushing content. For example, work with the graphics card developers - namely, AMD and NVIDIA. Figure out how to fully optimize the codes to suit their cards. Most of your customers use their video cards to play your game. We need SLI and Crossfire profiles or even driver compatibility. Another thing is, work on your PR skills. What's this about saying only 5% of gamers have performance issues and that you can skip 'em by? For all you know, these 5% could help you make your games better in the long run. Do not listen to EA. Do not rush your patches. Listen to your customers. Focus. Fix. Implement. Keep up the good work, fellas. I suspect most of you were working through the New Year holidays and unable to spend time with your families. If you guys need a break to be with them, please do so. By Launcher issue, do you mean Windows saying an application launch.exe is running, takes up 13mb of processing space, but you don't see the Launcher window at all? I am experiencing that. Can't get into the game. Deleted Patch folder, ran fixlauncher.exe and still no dice.
