My akk dog became dumb ang forgot all it's trick. Why can't he speak and play dead anymore?

So when opening the launcher from steam, I have this message ''An error as occured. Please exit and restart the SWTOR Launcher.'' Obviously restarting it a hundred time doesn't work. Redownloading it either. What is wrong? I can't be the only one that had this problem but I can't find anything about it. HELP!

Lorsque mon ami essait de jouer alors qu'il est chez moi il est constamment déconnecté du serveur (parfois aux 30 secondes) pourtant ma connexion est excellente, je n'ai pas ce problème et il n'a pas ce problème chez lui (même ordinateur) . C'est assez ennuyeux et ça nous empêche de profiter du jeu ensemble... Des idées de ce que ça peut être?
