Annoying to lose 3 guilds in 4 months because you forget to pay and it goes to a member who goes crazy with power..deleting the members he hates and stealing all the items, renaming all ranks "Because hes Leader now"

Hello, fello player here with a Guild Leadrship Question. Im sure it was asked before somewhere but my searching skills are lacking, and most topics never really seemed to answer. You create a guild, you are a Subscriber and you are the guildmaster. After awhile your subscription expires. What happens? Ive heard the leadership will be moved to another. But who gets control, and why do they become the leader? what I also like to know, if I redo my subscription, will I regain my guidmaster leadership or will it remain to the new one leader of the guild? ---- It sounds kind of silly for someone to lose leadership over a guild they created them self and have to placed on another player in the guild just because they cant renew there subscription on time. What stopping that one player from ruining everything the guild did, stealing all its items, credits, and then disban it. Or am I reading things wrong? I know if you dont renew you become "Prefer status" which is just as good with little limitations. so yeah. Questions: 1) What happens to you when your the guild Leader and your subscription ends. 2) If you lose leadership, is there a way to get it back?
