Officially today I have canceled both my accounts. I have two level 50 toons ( powertech and sage ) that will be shelved. #1 reason I have left the game : extremely poor customer service. I have been playing MMOs since Everquest in 1999 religiously and I will no longer donate $30/mo for my two accounts to have my tickets for legitimate requests unanswered or deleted. Waiting 8 days for an automated response on your ticket is UNACCEPTABLE. There are plenty of MMOs that know and understand that pissing off your player base will not keep subscriptions. After I had this problem, I posted a thread requesting help on these forums. My thread was promptly closed for "posting about moderator actions". I will not discuss this in this thread because although it is a contributing factor, will inevitably get this thread closed. If you have had this experience whether you are still with the game or not /SIGN and tell bioware that their customers WILL NOT TOLERATE POOR OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's just for item restoration. Unfortunately nothing anyone here can do need the CSR

I understand the bogging down issue. How long does it take to give someone an 8 hour shift and copy and paste a message into non-valid tickets stating that they are not resolvable issues. I can maybe understand a 24 hour wait, but i'm talking SIX DAYS. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in any game and I have been playing MMOs since Everquest came out in 1999. The frustration has boiled to a point where if it is not resolved by the end of the day today i'm canceling my sub. $15/mo from all these users and they can't pay a few people $10/hr to read some tickets it's insane.

I have a ticket that has been open for 6 days with no CSR response, not even an automated one. Friends have also told me that getting any sort of in-game support is near impossible. It's absolutely absurd. Where is the customer service bioware?

Powertech weapons : they look like sh*t. I would like to see some larger pistols, arm weapons, maybe something that glows, something that doesn't look like it has 3 pixels in it. I mean for christ sake look at level 50 pistols compared to level 1 pistols, not a whole lot of a difference.

Obviously devs know when they plan on letting the new waves of players in. Why don't they just e-mail all the pre-orders now letting everyone know the date and time in which their accounts will be active, or at least a fair estimate. That will alleviate all of the rage. People understand that they pre-ordered late, I get that. But if they were just honest about an estimated release time for these players, people would have some sense of good faith.
