I think the legacy bank will not make the load of the game mutch more hard for old cpus because its not too mutch items. The global chat they need to make it with the on off swtich or a need tab that we can disable it if needs. Lots of mmos have that like rift or lotro , in lotro we even can create new chats .

Hello second time i write here because legacy bank im tired of logout to see what char have the item the other one have.... And because the new ops are on oricon you guys need make a kind of global chat or noone will make the 2 new nice ops , its hard to get one group if im at oricon need to go to fleet or if im at fleet need to go to oricon to get people to group up.
