So I can't gather all the materials for crafting?

I'm doing the archaeology mission "Slaves of Begeren" that tells me it will give me the stuff but all it's given me (and I've tried several times now) is something called Thermoionic Gel Suspension. I'm at a loss right now when it comes to even starting artifice.

This is a totally false argument. There really isn't a "choice"... You want to play end game? You force your character to make choices you don't want to make. That isn't acceptable mechanics in a game based around "choice" because it eliminates choice. Part of the decision between a light and dark side choice shouldn't be "Will I be able to raid tonight?" I should be able to play a Jedi who struggles with anger and vengance or a Sith who has compassion without my gameplay being completely ruined. Color crystals are one thing but blocking out whole armor slots unless you have totally maxed a side? That is unacceptable.

How is scrolling through page after page of posts to find one relevant to my server supposed to be a good idea?

Saying I'm floored is chiming in that there is a problem. I don't have any sort of super mega problem solver and even if I did I would be ignored. Developers do what they are going to do regardless of suggestions, all you can try to do is get their attention on a problem which I feel does exist.

I'm floored that there still has been no buffs rolled out. What data are they waiting for? Are they even looking?

I'm sorry but I find this post to be incredibly offensive. I know my post here is just going to get buried and not reach anyone but I'm actually pretty annoyed. You're the messenger, I get that, what I don't get is why you would quote a relatively useless post and say "Thanks!" as though the other posts are useless. Lumping how many every PVE servers you have (what is it 60 or so?) into one forum when we have no filters or search function isn't remotely helpful. I still don't even know how I'm supposed to find a guild in this game when I can't even reasonably communicate with more than a handful of my servers community at a time. We should have had server forums at launch, I don't find what is going to happen to be even remotely useful.

You're pretending you can get banned through normal gameplay with no reason to believe that. If you don't know the exploits running rampant in Ilum might I recommend reviewing this thread to learn of them? I'm no corporate fanboy, if anything I'm a little sour on Bioware after DA2, I just can't stand people who make asanine statements and whine after getting banned when they know they were cheating.

I'm stepping out of this, you people seem to have some false belief of what these warnings were handed out for and don't want reason. You can rage all you want, but Bioware stopped botters and exploiters and I for one am happy. After reporting bots in wow week after week and never having them disappear, this is a breath of fresh air.

Woah, you're quite aggressive. You seem to be under the impression that people were in fact not exploiting, yet as of now no one has given proof that the people banned were innocent. Just speculation that the action was unwarranted which is laughable.

Not sure what you're talking about, but farming for 7 hours isn't the definition of fun for the majority of people, nor do the majority of people have 7 hours to spend farming.

Actually if I witnessed that behavior I'd submit a ticket for a suspected bot.

The people who got banned were abusing in game mechanics to amass massive amounts of credits in an incredibly short time. You were talking about gold sellers, or people who practically were.

The space combat is hands down the best side content I've ever experienced in a MMO. I actually haven't seen world instances since the first few days of general release, and low population is likely the server/faction you are playing.
