People who have entered a game time card at any time or formerly subsribed players through other payment options are preferred players, if you continue to use cards or subscribe you will remain a subsriber. It all seems fairly consistent and easy to understand.

I'm reading it as you get your Legacy after finishing your first chapter and then you have the option to buy it as opposed to having to get all the way to 50 with the race you want. But I don't get the 10 thing.

I'm not sure I understand how these race unlocks work from the store. I haven't actually getten a legacy yet, my understanding is that, now, to unlock a Chiss as a playable for a consular I need to get a Chiss to 50 then it becomes selectable if I make a new Consular. What does the player level 10 thing mean? Requires a Legacy and Player Level 10 Unlock the species option for all players during character creation. Unlocks the corresponding item in your Legacy

This happens to me all the time, if you go talk to a merchant it should reappear.

I assume you've done the +2 Heroics since those can be soloed with your companion. I don't see how you could not get a group. On Couruscant all I see in General is LFG for Trouble in Deed or LFG for Enemies of the Republic.
