  1. Not likely. If it was Revan then there wouldn't be a reason to hide his face. We've already seen what he looks like. Bioware is just trying surprise us with a "twist." Probably a woman. Remember way back, during our early missions on Kaas, when we had to retrieve one of Revan's old, seemingly possessed, masks? One of the Revanite leaders likely decided to put the thing on and inherited Darth Revan's will. Back when he all corrupted by the Dark Side, out to conquer the Republic and destroy the Sith Empire and all that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMAflhgShIE Probably dodged a bullet there. That possessed cave might have had a role to play too.
  2. I don't know what you guys did. Whether it was nerfing my laser cannons or making enemies tougher. But, it feels like I'm playing the heroic space missions with level 6 upgrades. The problem, I've got the level 7 upgrades. I don't know its this is a bug, or if you guys think that being able to win makes the game too easy. If its a bug and you guys need more time to fix this, I understand, no worries. But if you guys did this on purpose, then you are INCOMPETENT *****. I've seen this too many times in swtor. STOP fixing things that are not broken and try fixing things that are. On that note. I am paying good money for this game. FIX THIS!

  4. So I was watching the latest episode of the Clone Wars when I came across something interesting. The latest arc of episodes revolves around a group of younglings building their first lightsabers. The place where they built those lightsabers is a ship very reminiscent of the Jedi Defender in the TOR. But that wasn't the easter egg. While watching it I happened to notice this: http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g430/GusVIII/Tor_symbol.png Nice little nod to TOR. Aside from this I've noticed a few other small things over the seasons. I saw an ancient KotOR era Mandalorian helmet one episode. Then there was also Pre Vizsla mentioning how his ancestors stole his darksaber from the Jedi temple during the "fall of the Old Republic." Anyone else noticed anything interesting that you want to share?
  5. So, is each HK-51 going to have unique dialogue and companion missions for each separate character class?
  6. She's already proven her talent with her brilliant work on the Clone Wars TV series. The way I see it, its only appropriate that she continues her father's work. Anyone else agree?
  7. Apparently Mark Hamill was one of the first people George Lucas told about Episode VII. A year ago. http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/11/01/mark-hamill-talks-star-wars-episode-vii I'm willing to bet we'll be seeing Luke Skywalker again.
  8. Wasn't the 501st originally a fan organization? The 501st legion was added to the official Star Wars continuity as a way to acknowledge the group. They can't sue these guys, the 501st in the continuity was named after them.
  9. He doesn't own the company any more, but he is still in charge. Also, they may have Lucas' original materials for the sequel trilogy. If they have those then I suspect this will cut back on the time it will take to write the script.
  10. Spielberg, like Lucas, has had his ups and downs. That being said I've been waiting for Spielberg to direct a Star Wars movie for a long time. Spielberg was Lucas' first choice to direct Return of the Jedi, but some bs screenwriters guild issue made that impossible. Lucas also approached Spielberg to direct Episode I, but Spielberg turned him down, believing that it was Lucas' baby and that he should have complete control. There's no reason why Spielberg should not direct Star Wars now. He and Lucas make an excellent team, most of the time.
  11. Lucas originally planned for a sequel trilogy taking place a few decades after RotJ, centering around new characters but including an older, wiser Luke Skywalker. If they go with his original plan I believe the old actors would fit in perfectly. Lucas said that after the success of the first Star Wars he wrote another trilogy. Hopefully now we'll get to see the contents of that writing.
  12. To tell you the truth I was so shocked that LucasFilm was sold to Disney that the fact that we're getting Episode 7 didn't sink in until hours later. That being said I think that they have been planning Episode 7 for a while now. I got my first suspicions when it was announced that all of the Star Wars movies would be re-released, once per year. My thought was that Episode 7 would be released a year after RotJ. Not too long ago they announced that they were speeding up the re-releases. Now it looks like they're going to end just in time for the Episode 7 release in 2015. That makes me think that that was the plan even before the Disney deal was finalized. Also, I know Lucas planned for two more trilogies. I hope the new movies are a continuation of Lucas' stories, with EU material mixed in. Say what you will about his directing and dialogue, but he is a brilliant story teller. And I would love to see other directors take a stab at his work. I vote Spielberg. God I want to see Spielberg direct a Star Wars film.
  13. I want to see a Grand Master Luke Skywalker. Let's hope Mark Hamill is willing to take the mantle again... and lose some weight. For any new characters I want them to use talented unknown actors like they did for the original trilogy.
  14. Here's what I think you should do Bioware. You know that thing you did in the most recent update where you now allow multiple people to use the same Legacy name? Yeah, don't do that. Reverse that. Nobody wants that. We like having unique Legacy names. What you should do is allow multiple people to give their characters the same first names. Who cares if the are five Bens running around in a server, so long as their last names are unique. Plus, I hate having to put an accent in my character's name just because some dude who probably doesn't even play anymore has the name I wanted. Its the unique Legacy names that help us define our Legacy, allowing other people to copy them would take that away.
  15. I'd be willing to that. How would I find them? Listen people, I have seven characters. I would have been willing to change any of their names, but not my gunslinger. He's my main character the one that I've had the longest and the one that I put the most time and effort into developing. He can go by no other name. All I want is another transfer, if that's the only choice available to me. I don't mind keeping him on an empty server for a few months until a server merge. Like I said, I have an established legacy on another server that I can focus on until then.
