I have the same problem and I run the game with a beaast of a computer. Tried disabling SLI, made tweaks in the nvidia settings, played on low, changed modes...nothing worked. To be honest, I'm not really sure if this is an UI issue, yes the UI plays a role somwhat (since it micro-freezes your game when you open a menu when you run for example), but I think only 16 man content is affected greatly. For me, besides ranked warzones, in pvp, everything else is pretty unplayable.

My system: I7 4930k 32 gigs RAM Asus Rampage Formula V Video cards 780i x 2 I tried without SLI aswell, same problem. I tried on very low settings, different resolutions...various tweaks I found on this forum...nothing. One of my friends that have this issue, has a totally different setup, with new-ish hardware...same. ESO, GW2, WoW, Secret World - the mmo's I play or played on this system, work perfectly. I starting to think that Windows 8 is the problem with this game, but I'm not sure. Also, I've seen many complain on reddit and this forum about Warzone FPS. And tbh, when a game runs perfectly in PVE and has low fps in Warzones, I don't think it's a local issue

I'm not sure if you're trolling We're 4 friends that have the same issue, all with different hardware. I jsut gave my example since I have a beast PC. No probs in ANY mmo just SWTOR. In PVE I have max fps, only warzones are the problem. Ya, your logic, if not trolling, is incredible

Heys, Do you guys think BW will ever fix the fps issues in Warzones? I've seen many complaining they have 10-15 fps now after 3.0, from 25-30 (not that 25 is ok but still). I run a dual SLI setup and get max 25 fps (crowded around 17). Just c urious what you think, I'm starting to loose faith here

I'd disable the antivirus, but it doesn't do me any problems in any others MMOs. Plus, the game works just fine outside the Warzones Do you guys have WIn 7 or 8?

Hey guys, Me and a couple of friends have decided to revisit SWTOR after 2 years, bought Revan, subscribed, leveled...all good...until we got into PvP. I'm not sure if this is a isolated problem with just us 3, but we have incredible low fps in any warzone. PvE works fine, the game runs almost flawless. But in PVP, it's simply unplayable, we get between 10-20 fps and it's pretty impossible to time your attacks. Basically, for us, PvP is unplayable. My computer: Windows 8, Intel i7-4930k (OCed to 4.5 Ghz), 32 gigs of RAM, SSD and 2 x nVidia 790 Ti on SLI. I've tried the following, with no success: - disabling the SLI, leaving 1 video card - disabling the in-game shadows - taking the game on LOW (gfx wise) - repairing the game - reinstalling the game - added vsync with triple buffering Now, I looked through various complaints in this forum and besides the ability delay issue, I'm not seeing many recent WZ performance complaints. On my side, there's little to do, I tried basically anything that's remotely related to the game. My next guess would be that the game has problems with Windows 8, but I'm not sure. If we don't get this fixed, there's not much for us to do in-game since we're mainly PvPers and we started regreting coming back. Don't get me wrong, Im not here to whine, just looking for some advice or if somebody else has these issues. I haven't filled a report with support since I'm pretty sure how that'll turn up. I just love when people think they know all classes just because they are getting killed in PVP. Dear sir, lemme give you some PT knowledge, because you clearly, have none. Yes, PT Pyros are, along with the Marauders/Sentinels, the best 1v1 class in the game. Switching to Ion Gas Cylinder grants you a CHANCE to absorb 20% of the damage+%5 less damage taken. Oh and did you know, in order to take advantage of the Ion Gas Cylinder, you need to have a Shield Generator off-hand? You know..the kind that you don't have equipped if you're a Pyro spec. Next thing you're gonna tell me that you're gonna equip it in combat right? And that damage you wrote, it's probably your impression after some Youtube vids when PT's were spamming relics with adrenals and Explosive Fuel (all on cooldowns, EF has 120 seconds). ya sure, some of those numbers can be achieved without proper buffs/stims but hey, guess what, after a 3 action burst, you're basically full heat. Need to go on?

Initially I thought it's another coords only guide but fortunately, it's very good explained with screenshots and everything. Doesn't beat video guides but it's very good tho

it's not a hardware issue because once the WZ is done, all things go back to normal. I managed to fix this thing once, in a rage episode I pressed (read smashed) half the keyboard and the character stopped turning left.

I have this problem for a long time and I don't know how to identify it. I have alot of keys mapped to SHIFT + key besides normal keys. In WZ, when things get hot, I spam alot of my abilities (Including the SHIFT+ combos). At some point, my character stars to turn left by itself (like the A key is continuously pressed) and until the Warzone ends, it get stuck like this. Once I get out of the WZ, everything is normal (hence I can't id this issue as a Windows problem). I'm thinking that SHIFT + some keys trigger this bug but I don't know for sure, hance I can't fix it. So, if any of you guys had this type of behaviour and found a fix...please
