  1. I had to switch my modifiers to alt and shift I use xmousebutton control Should be easy change for naga users as well
  2. ***!!??!! Is this in game or on 1.2 PTS!?!
  3. Because the game requires you to play marauder with a mouth stick instead of rolling your face across the keyboard with every other class
  4. I never have heals and I only get outdamaged in a warzone when I let Prin do so. He has a low self esteem so it's good for him! lolz!
  5. W/E the case is, we can conclude: I got the biggest smash ever Stacking expertise looks really good for 1.2 Gotta get some pieces w/augment slots for 1.2 Some people have alien hands/gameplay including me I'm the best
  6. Learn Calculus! d/dx = rate of change = slope of line The 2 derivatives are: 1.1.5 - 100*0.0284963*(EXP(1)^(-0.00142481*x)) 1.2 - 100*0.0252534*(EXP(1)^(-0.000505068*x)) (sorry, excel format) I can make it look pretty if you want but all that matters is the #s, ex: 1.1.5 - 100*0.0284963*(EXP(1)^(-0.00142481*x)) = 100*(5/9)*ln(19/20)*(e^(-x*ln(19/20)/36))) Let's see if you can figure out the 1.2! I can! But I forgot that both of you are scrubs and bads in game. Probably will get replies to me b/c you are crying... 1-10umad? ya u r
  7. thanks for the equasions! slope of a line is slope of a line it's the point where expertise becomes less effective (EDIT: rate of change is less than 1)
  8. Can you post the formulas used for the two plots? Or can you post the X (expertise value) for where the slope of the line becomes 1? Thanks!
  9. After finding the info below and running some quick #s, it looks like full PvP gear/stacking expertise will be the way to go. I don't have the forumua yet, but it looks like ~1800 expertise will be where you should start using PvE gear - where slope of line becomes less than 1 (currently at ~450). From the current know itemization, it will be pretty tough to get to 1800 expertise...Enjoy: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=364314 http://sithwarrior.com/forums/attachment.php?aid=257 http://sithwarrior.com/forums/attachment.php?aid=256 *EDIT* The formulae are: 1.1.5 Expertise % = 0.2 * ( 1 - ( 1 - ( 0.01 / 0.2 ) )^( ( ExpertiseRating / max(Level,20) ) / 0.72 ) ) 1.2 Expertise % = 0.5 * ( 1 - ( 1 - ( 0.01 / 0.5 ) )^( ( ExpertiseRating / max(Level,20) ) / 0.80 ) )
  10. Also, note, come 1.2, at least for PvP, might be best to go back to all PvP gear because of the below note from the 1.2 patch notes: The diminishing return formula for several stats (including expertise) has been adjusted.
  11. Yes you do...get 1 piece of columi or rakata 2 biochem implants w/augment slot 1 columi earpiece w/augment slot and you'll get it! Also, now with 1.2 decimate buff (+30% to smash)...8k+ will be in the near future! Edit: maybe I'll have to start a "Post your biggest SMASH (post-1.2)" thread
  12. This is an old mechanic found in many other MMOs GW, WoW, Aion, etc... stop whining scrub
  13. 6816 here http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=355029 I'm a Mara but Juggs should be able to do the highest
  14. Awww, no one higher than 6816?!? Yes I have big hands. Nothing bound to Alt+7. I always bind mount and long cast skils to 7 (ex. fly and aether hold in Aion) No naga needed....learn 2 use xmousebuttoncontrol
