I'm into my second month of my subscription (i bought the non-renewing one) and I don't know if it's the type of subscription I bought or a bug, but I haven't gotten the 500 cartel coins. Please help.

I recently purchased the Togruta race on the Cartel Market but no matter where I check it doesn't show up and I didn't get any of the cartel coins back. (I have claimed it on cartel market and don't have enough credits to buy it off the GTN). Please help
