  1. Further evidence that the game engine itself is to blame. There are reports of ppl with better rigs than mine getting 5 fps in warzones. Heroengine is garbage.
  2. The resemblance of the fail of warhammer and the impending fail of SWTOR is uncanny. The biggest resemblance? They have the same douche bags in charge of the pvp implementing the same fail ideas.
  3. Ilum feels like it was slapped on and untested. It is beyond me why Bioware EA hired the same d-bag that made warhammer pvp fail when he showed the SAME FAILING MODEL to them. World PVP is best when its organic. Ilum pvp will be just another warzone soon because they wont be able to fix the population imbalance. All the republic players are quitting because of it. When they are gone who will the imps Zerg? They will then quit.
  4. Logged onto my 50 guardian. Went to Illum. It was at the highest amount of people I have ever seen. 19 To check I then logged onto my level 15 sith Alt and did a /who ilum 64 There are literally packs of these talentless scrubs just moving around Illum looking for 1 of these 19 republic players so they can get a kill. Id tell em to reroll republic, but hey who would reroll when the empire "mirror" classes have clear advantages (proven by many threads and my own gameplay) than the republic characters. They can patch the god awful UI, they can patch the terribad delay and constant crash to desktop and fps issues in pvp over time... but they cant patch population imbalance. The games pvp is still doomed as far as I can see. And before you flame and troll me with: It your computer, get a better computer. I think my i7-970 12gb of ram and 2 gtx 460s in SLI should be able to handle a 5 year old engine no problem. Memory leak is memory leak.
  5. So today while doing my dailies I finally hit my breaking point in this game. Already hit that point and unsubbed because of broken pve endgame, but I had hope that bioware would fix things which they havent at all yet. I can deal with the 20000 lightning bolts hitting me every game. I can deal with the same 3 bgs over and over and having to play with a bunch of level 20s that do nothing but hold the whole team back. I cant deal with suddenly dropping through the ground and getting kicked out of the BG. I cant deal with resting and suddenly becoming invisible and unable to see anyone else. I cant deal with the lack of DRs and the fact that the resolve bar does a whole lot of nothing. I cant deal with the fact Dots prevent you from capping. Just throw a dot on someone and gg they cant win. I cant deal with the last 10 bags Ive opened all containing relics (which are **** even if you dont have one already because they have no stats). This RNG system is the dumbest thing anyone has ever thought. I cant deal with the utter rediculousness that is Illum pvp. I cant deal with the fact that bioware thought it would be a good mechanic to give TWO classes in the whole game the ability to move very quickly WHILE carrying the huttball. I wont deal with the fact that force push is so random at what direction it throws my target (if at all.. I swear it teleports them somewhere randomly) regardless of what direction Im facing. This game is so broken it makes me sick. Troll and flame away. You know as well as I do that this game is broken when it comes to every aspect that has to do with the term MMO. Its a great singleplayer story game, but thats the end of it. Oh and PS. I cant deal with the fact that in my full champion set as a JK I look like a rejected samurai robot.
  6. The epic champion sets look so rediculous I dont even know where to start complaining about them. If i wanted to look like a trooper... I would have rolled one. No cloak, no hood and a huge robot backpack for a jedi? Really? And whats the with the retarded samurai helmet that doesnt even match the color of this godawful set? Id just get the epic set that the pvp vendor sells, but oh whats that? The item you need to get it isnt even in the game yet? Seriously either the guy who designed this didnt hear "you design the jk armor" and instead heard "design armor that makes the character look like a robot with a upper back arthritis" or this find and fire this clown. I dont even want to play my JK in full champ gear because he looks like a rejected droid.
  7. The resolve bar works. Big problem is there are no DRs in the game. So whether you are ccd at the start of your bar filling up or the end you will always be CCd for the full duration. Fail mechanic is fail.
  8. If this is indeed the main problem with the game and this is indeed how you feel. Then do what I did. Quit. I know utter fail when I play one. Great single player experience in this game but thats the end of it. Hero engine is the problem. it will never go away. End of story. If this was a simple bug that was easily fixable. Seeing how many people are quitting over this problem, bioware would have hotfixed it a week ago. But as is, they havent because they know its a flawed part of their core. Their entire engine is terrible. It cant go away with a basic fix. Because is isnt a real bug. Bioware is probably franticly scurrying around the offices trying to find a way to bandaid a workaround to make the ability use less delayed.. it will never be what we are expecting though unfortunately.
  9. Bottom line: Because George Lucas wrote the script. Since when did he do anything that even resembles a rational human thought let alone an engaging plot line. Did you know he originally wanted to make the second indiana jones movie take place in a haunted house until speilberg told him it was a dumb as **** idea? Not trolling... look it up.
  10. This is a sound argument, backed up with clear facts and rock hard evidence. As you and I and many many other people are 50 and this fine educated person is not, it therefore means that you and I and many other level 50's did this so called "rushing" and have too much "time" on our hands. This game should be played the way this highly intelligent person played it in order to achieve enjoyment. The sheer fact that there are people like the OP, myself and many others that are at this "hard to reach" and "high" level fifty status when clearly we shouldnt be as the game was not designed for people to reach this "high level" until Bioware had ample to time to create and fix content at said level and make sure its functioning. Shame on us for cheating and reaching a level that should not be obtainable yet, as we must get their at said intelligent persons exact pace or true enjoyment of the game cannot be achieved. Or this ***** is a just a carebear troll.

  12. Thats why there are a plethora of bugs in the game that were present in the game seven builds or more back in the beta that are still here at launch? Bugs such as Bh storyline not being able to complete... Romantic companion options being bugged and locked out.... Ilum.... (nuff said there) Raid bosses not functioning properly?... Taris FPS memory leaks... I could go on, but I wont. It really sounds to me like you are nothing more than a SW fanboi/girl and when it comes to products you buy you should really raise your expectations. If you were designing a product and during your development phase you saw your competition adding in a feature that worked really well and was vastly liked and successful wouldnt you add that feature and even attempt to improve upon it? If you're answer is No, then you are a fool plain and simple. I dont hate this game, it is a great single player storyline experience like all bioware products. However IMO asking me to pay 15 dollars a month would be like being asked to play 15 dollars a month for a game like Diablo II/III riddled with bugs. Great single player story with some limited multiplayer functionality. And if you dont call a bug/problem server side that makes your abilities not sync with your cast bars/animations and having your ability cancel because while the animation was occurring, your character parried or dodged an attack so therefore that animation took precedence over your used ability and cancelled it or the ability doesnt click at all until you hit it multiple times a debilitating bug/problem. Well then you need to get your head examined.
  13. Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt the development stage where your research team is investigating and watching other products features/mistakes/successes and failures? Isnt this the time when you program the game and change as much as you can while you dont have any customers paying for it? Isnt this the time you beta test extensively and squash any bugs that have debilitating effects on how the core of your game or a system with in your game works? My math skills here are irrelevant. However, I could throw bioware's and even your logic and common sense abilities into question.
