I am one of the people that will leave a loosing PVP match. I am 63 valor, have all my Champion dps and tanking gear. The only thing that will benefit me is Battlemaster gear. I have already bought what Battlemaster gear I can get. The ONLY way for me to get Battlemaster bags is to complete my daily and weekly quests. I don't need anymore commendations. There is currently no incentive for me to stay in a loosing PVP match. So until they DO make it worth my while to stay, I will continue to leave a loosing PVP match. If they start penalizing me for leaving early with no chance to get Battlemaster bags, I am done with the game. I am tired of the constant bugs and no REAL customer service. I am sure they are also tired of my constant complaining.

When will you start giving credit for no credit wins in Warzones matches ? This was suppose to be fixed in last patch. Since 2/1/12 I have had 5 wins where I got no credit. Really makes warzone so much fun.

More content, MORE BUGS !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We had a raid group go to The Eeternity Vault on normal mode. We get to the 2nd boss fight with Gharj. In the gathering area and on the space ship, individuals or the whole group would just drop dead. No attack, no reason, just drop dead. After putting up with the running back, constantly, to fight the mob we finally kill it. Our logs show the kill, but weekly Galactic Operation quest DON'T UPDATE for several of our group. How many times have you been in a warfront and been kicked out with no credit for a win or loss ? How many times have you had to hit control U 2 times to free your hot keys ? When have you as an individual gotten ANY kind of attention for customer service that solved your problem other than computer generated responses ? I get responses to questions I didn't even ask ! The big new deal was to only allow 50's to fight together in warfront. Some great mind at EA didn't seem to realize that MOST of the server population isn't lvl 50. A cross-server mix for warfront makes SO MUCH SENSE that most other MMO's do the cross-server for their PVP matches. Most other games allow you to customize your UI. But EA decided they knew what was best for us and we have to take it. When I had a problem in most of the other MMO's I have played, be it lost item, no quest update or some other problem, if it didn't get taken care of that day, I would log in and my quest would be updated or the loot problem solved. The ONLY thing EA seems to care about is the DOLLARS we as players give them. To heck with our problem, just keep the money coming !! It looks like EA has contracted out the service side to someone that has no idea what customer service is about. This game reminds me of Vanguard. It was one of the best MMO's around. But the bugs and poor service eventually caused it to loose it's player base and where is Vanguard now ? If EA doesn't do something to show it cares about the individual customer and start making FIXES instead of new bug filled content, no matter how good the game plays for 15 minutes, you will see people leaving in droves. WHEN a new MMO comes out that shows that the individual player does count, I am gone.

You are right on about customer service. This is the worst MMO that I have played in over 14 yrs of different games for service.

This game is so full of bugs that I swear we are playing a BAD beta version of it. We should all get a refund of our first months payments for putting up with this garbage. Logged on today, my armor rating was 6545 yesterday, today is was 2373. I reloaded armor but no change. My shield chances were 22.94, today they are 7.94. What a lovely day.

I have been really tired of all the bugs in this game. I was constantly having to hit cntl U 2 times to reset my hot keys or screen locks. Quests that didn't work. Warzone wins that don't update. Getting reset to Imperial Fleet with no credit for current game, win or loose. I realize SWTOR needed money after 5 yrs of developement, but charging us to put up with all the garbage was totally unacceptable. The whole player community should get a refund of thier first month payment.
