  1. So I am just curious on how Bioware plans to detect and ban people who hack, bot or exploit this game. Granted it doesn't have a strong direct impact on myself, but its just not fair. There are websites dedicated to finding exploits in this game and making them public for all to see and use. Now I am still fairly new to this game, I am only level 33. So I obviously don't know all and I am curious. What brought this to my attention was when I submitted a ticket, I asked in guild if the people who answer the tickets reply in game or simply with a response to my ticket. A guild member said that they don't have "GM's" in this game. This confuses me, because having an MMORPG with out GM's seems ridiculous, unless they have a better alternative or they do in fact have GM's and my guild mate was just misinformed. So how would Bioware detect hackers, botters and exploiters? An "in game detection software"? I hope that's not the case, because even in games were the "in game detection software" is the "best of the best" ie World of Warcraft. They still need GM's to witness certain acts that bypass the software. Is the only way to stop this via tickets? I sure hope not, because people could abuse this and cause harm for people they dislike, 10 people don't like 1 person, 10 people create tickets and say that this 1 person is hacking? Suspension? Ban? Someone please enlighten me on this issue. Thanks.
