  1. I stealthed past the lieutenant and took the elevator up and killed the commander first before realizing I was supposed to kill the lieutenant. After going back downstairs and killing her the quest is now telling me to kill the commander, but he's already dead. I left the area and came back in, tried going back to my stronghold and then flying back to Mek-Sha and even logged completely out of the game. I can't abandon the quest either. When I enter Command Deck I have a quest marker that says, "Defeat Commander Bern" but, since he's already dead there's nothing to be done and the quest won't move past that.
  2. So, have Bioware present a written statement of known/banned hackers. When you give people the freedom of anonymity and take away the repercussions of their actions you free up people to show their true colors. Which is why the internet has so many *****hats. If we openly and publicly shame them, maybe they'll think twice. Probably not, but maybe.
  3. The newspapers publicly post those who have been arrested. (Even their home addresses). As does the news networks (even posting pictures.) Look at sites like familywatchdog.us So, why is it that hackers should magically be allowed anonymity for their crimes in the video-game world?
  4. I'm so good at marauder I don't even have one. Because it wouldn't be fair for the other marauders if I did play that class.
  5. Think you have to be unstealthed to "take" the area. But, after it's yours you can stealth to defend it. However, if somebody rolls up unstealthed, you will begin to lose the node until you unstealth. It's basically a show of force of who gets the area. Not a show of CC. If you were to remain stealthed and just chain-sap the person, they would still eventually take the node from you because you're not "defending" your node, since he's being left alive and you're not showing yourself (i.e. a show of force). Now that I think of it, WOW did this in a similar way with Eye of the Storm, where the four capture points can pretty much only be taken by wiping the enemy force. It still caters to stealthies as defenders because they have first strike advantage. But, it also requires your team to be johnny-on-the-spot with incoming calls, because until the enemy is taken out, you will eventually lose the node. So it creates a more dynamic play.
  6. I don't understand why they don't employ objective-based maps like Guild Wars 2 does with its control point maps. Think Civil War or Novare Coast but the only way to control the points is by eliminating all enemies within the vicinity. There's no "node" to click... The point turns when you have "controlled it" long enough (i.e. you have completely wiped out the enemy force). This perfectly blends an objective with the requirement to actually kill players and not just CC while you click something. Why that's so foreign to many MMOs is beyond me.
  7. All Warzones in SWTOR are won by PVE objectives, really... Clicking a ball, clicking a turret, clicking a door, clicking a pylon. Show me a Warzone where the sole purpose is to kill players and not to do a PVE objective.
  8. So many people in this thread just need to hurry up and have sex already.
  9. I think you have to forfeit your man-card if you die to a member of OWNZ... Just sayin.
  10. Leave the Deception tree alone and I'll be happy. I have no interest in playing Darkness or Madness. I play Assassin like the name implies: To be a single-target BFG9000
  11. To quote Uncle Owen from Episode IV: "I suppose you're programmed for etiquette and protocol... I have no need for a protocol droid." Red is dead. And it doesn't matter what number is beside your name.
