I'm kind of disappointed that contacting origin support is more challenging then the raids in swtor
They removed the live chat i believe cause it was outsourced to india and did more bad then good. Have you tried calling them? Sending in a ticket or calling are the only ways to contact them i think.
For me it took them 4 days to respond to my case and refund my timecard, and make sure you send in a ticket on the US site, not of your own country. And if all else fails just call your credit card company.
