  1. Almost have Chapter 3 done for Operative and would like to start the other classes. Can someone please re-add the First Person Camera weapon effects to all other classes soon? Thanks. (again, only the Operative is allowed to have effects visible in 1st Person while all other classes have no 1st Person effects)

That doesn't matter at all it has TLS--on the swtor.com site /community/ where the forums are located does not use encryption so the "token" (whatever form it takes once we log in on the account subdomain) can be hijacked. If that can be hijacked then the account can be accessed and compromised. The instance of this happening is low but having a security certificate issued (https) is common practice on all web sites these days, especially corporation sites that users log in to their account. This is terrifying they do not have protection for the users. As I press Submit right now the "token" is being sent unencrypted and it is very common the route my *plain text* can easily be sniffed.

I'm out of the loop so I really couldn't pin-point a reason and don't truly understand your comment but what you mean is that they purposely went through all Classes are removed the graphical effects when players go into First Person Camera and they simply accidentally forgot to do it to the Operative?
  4. I tried using the site's https while on these very forums but this company did not invest in a security certificate ($15 to $50 a year). Therefore I must assume my credentials are now compromised, correct?
  5. Hello, first off I play exclusively in first person camera. I love it but feel free to make fun of me. =) Very Short Background: I've been playing the Operative and while in 1st Person Mode all my weapon effects are displayed when attacking (laser fire, grenade explosions, etc). I did notice some effects (while in 1st Person) have been removed since I played last four or five years ago--such as Recuperate (the holo screen display), Kolto Infusion (orbs circling the model) and few other things that really don't matter (though it would be nice to have them back!) but they don't dimish the gameplay all that much no longer having these effects. THE BUG: Aside from the Operative nearly ALL other class abilities that have range or explode do not display. The Trooper has no graphical effects at all. The gameplay feels completely hollow. How do I get them back so the effects process while in First Person Mode?
  6. As a altaholic, I too, would love to be able to have the keybindings saved local. Sure, keep them server side as well for whatever multitude of reasons [they have], but please, also keep them local. As for keeping them part of the XML UI that would not make sense for me. A separate file would make more sense for me. And while you're at it add these two things: 1) fade % of zero should actually be zero, and not just 5%, and 2) a toggle for all UI elements to "fade-in" 100% onMouseOver.
