  1. Not that it's any of your business but I can mock my people all I want. It's a stupid name of alphabet soup that just keeps getting letters/numbers/symbols added to it and that community members always get upset over if one is missed. There needs to be an actual "name" like "Pride Community" instead of LGBOMGBBQ. But, thanks for being a great example of the "hypersensitivity" I was talking about. The real problem with gender-/race-/sexism are the people who think that everything is gender-/race-/sexist cuz context is never considered.
  2. Why is it a waste for you? If it's a waste for you to actually play the game then why are you playing the game?
  3. Enough of this "slap in the face" junk. The real "slap in the face" is that our hyper-sensitive PC society freaks out that any tiny little thing will upset someone somewhere and that's just ridiculous. Not everyone is bisexual or trisexual or transpancisgaysexual, right? But you want every single character to be? I'm fine with a few being "differently-oriented" but making them all this way is beyond silly since that's not how things work in the real world. If the LGBTQABCWTF want to be "just like everyone else" then making everyone gay-possible is not the way to go about it. It also completely ruins any uniqueness that each NPC has if they all just act the same. Why not just have faceless department-store androgynous mannequins represent all of our companions? TL;DR - Not everyone is straight. Not everyone is gay. Some are and some aren't, and that's just fine. You can't always get what you want.
  4. I'll take anything that'll let me summon a companion instantly but we wouldn't really need a feature like this if they'd wouldn't disappear all the time. Pets disappear constantly as well but at least we can put them onto our quickbars, so having something similar for companions would be great.
  5. Exactly. And in a "normal" world, people would accept this, but it's not, sadly. It's all about blaming everyone and everything else. Nobody ever wants to just admit that the issue is with themselves. Just stomp their feet and throw a tantrum and make as much noise as possible so they can tell themselves that nothing is their fault and it's the world that's out to get them.
  6. Yes, there *is* a warning: THIS TRANSACTION IS FINAL, DO YOU WANT TO PROCEED? It's in the popup window when you go to make the purchase right in your face so you can't not see it. So you don't need to visit the forum at all or be a super-sleuth making sure you know about this. So what's next, a second warning? What about when someone makes another "honest mistake" and clicks through TWO warnings? Do they add a third warning? When does it stop? How far do they have to go to protect people from themselves? How ridiculous do they have to make it before enough is enough? When is it reasonable to think people are smart enough to not have to be babied with everything like in WALL-E?
  7. This is OP's entire reason to exist, though. She comes in here and complains that the game and everyone in it doesn't play it the way she wants. Then she quits, again, and comes back, again, with the same crying, and then quits, again. Every single post she makes is to make herself be a victim. Every. Single. Post.
  8. You screwed up, it's happened to all of us, just take it as a learning experience and be more careful next time. Why is it so hard for some people to just learn from their mistakes? Why is it always the default 'blame everyone else'? Every game has little things in it, some similar, some different, that players just have to deal with. It's not worth your time, stress, or mental health to be freaking out so hard over this mistake. Other "whoops" moments that players, including myself, have had to deal with: - Accidentally buying a GTN item for WAY more than it's worth cuz I didn't look at the color/rank - Accidentally removing all mods from a piece of gear only to re-install them on the exact same piece cuz I forgot to click the actual piece I wanted to upgrade and then had to pay again to remove them again - Accidentally posting something on the GTN and forgetting an extra ZERO or whatever and selling it for WAY less than it's worth - Equipping gear on a character by mistake and now it's bound (the olden days) and I can't give it to the character I really wanted to have it - Etc TL;DR - You screwed up, we've all screwed up, learn from it and move on. Trying to rage-campaign to get them to "fix" what isn't broken just to satisfy your ego is not going to work... not to mention now you're raging at anyone here who isn't blindly supporting you.
  9. Sure it is. Call it a "load-out" or "gear manifest" or "theme manager" if it helps you. If I want to wear my gladiator outfit, then I want my Gammorean axe(s) with me. If I want to wear my samurai outfit, then I want my sword(s). If I want to wear my Rishi pirate outfit, then I want my pirate pistol(s). If I want to wear my Gree TRON outfit, then I want my TRON blaster rifle. The list is endless but the point is that there's way too many cool weapons in the game that look totally uncool with the "wrong" outfit and adding a weapon slot would be amazing. I'd also like to see it go a step further with slots for: - mount (I don't want my pirate on a giant monocycle) - pet 1 (to match the theme ie. Gree Data Cube) - pet 2 (to match the theme ie. Miniature Grey Secant) * Pets need 2 slots since sometimes can have 2 out at once
  10. Not according to your entire post before this line. So you don't always get a team you want, so what? It happens to everyone, we're all in the same boat. I bet if you get a balanced/overpowered team and they don't you gleefully destroy them and don't even think twice about the fact that they are now in the position that you're raging about. Cuz as long as it benefits you then there's no problem, right? You're happy to take advantage of the situation, right? But as soon as it doesn't benefit you then you freak out like this. Here's the solution: make a group of people you approve of, either by skills or classes, and join the Q together.
  11. -1 /notsigned™ Credit cap is perfectly fine and necessary. Removing it completely would be beyond stupid. What I've discovered since dropping to preferred since June 2018 is that the only thing really gimping me is the gathering and crafting. I can only have 3 crew doing anything and can only craft 1 item at a time, no more que. So for me, I'd love to be able to que crafting, even 3 items would be great, and I can even be fine with only 3 companions doing anything at a time instead of 8, but no big deal. I'll survive.
