  1. Instead of doing it expansion after expansion elsewhere while paying a subscription? No thanks. I'm good here.
  2. I agree with the OP myself. I have been having a lot of fun in this game, rough edges and all, and think Bioware deserves a simple thank you.
  3. It was most frustrating trying to reach it and I finally had to give up. I've made it a point of pride to hit every single quest/heroic etc rather than skipping them altogether which seems to be the thing after launch. I have no idea how we're supposed to reach them with the lvl 50 pvp droids at each of the entry points smacking us down. Here's hoping someone had luck and can share...
  4. That is concerning, but time will tell. Be patient. Part of it may be the nature of the roll out. The people who got in out of order aside, we can say the majority of the people in your example were first day purchasers and code redeemers. By default, that makes them the most gung ho and excitable. The sort of energy of the Imperial side is exciting and possibly more attractive to them right off the bat. Hope the people who came along later are the more nostalgic sorts who will choose Republic for its classic hero feel. So who knows, that gap could close as time goes by. Or worse, it could widen. <shudder> I love open world pvp and don't want to see it die and force us into controlled pvp playgrounds like in other games.
  5. Having done the digital pre-order myself, I'd love to join in with everyone in pointing out how this is false, but I wouldn't be able to post on the forums without an early access code. Oh wait....
  6. But it's really not about telling the players how good they are, it's all about telling everyone else how good they are! I agree with you 100% but I doubt anyone will ever listen in the round and round never ending threads about the outcry for meters.
  7. There really isn't any reason to believe a lot of the claims flying around and I take them with a grain of salt myself. But the other reason left off the list is, like the guy above somewhere and myself recently, many people have their own personal anecdotal experiences of people slipping in out of order. So, even if one ignores the trolls and goes by what they know and see for themselves there will still be a large enough group of people who raise an eyebrow.
