you're right surviving a direct hit from a lightsaber is far more realistic

they are "surprised how popular it is" because they are getting complaints in the PvP section every minute about how terrible the open world PvP is on Ilum. The way they worded their answer in the Q/A is a *********** joke to anyone who PvP's in this game
