I dunno that you paying more for the game is bioware's problem, I think it's your country and currency that dictates that. Also, the development team is in Texas....in the US, sooo they probably work when it's convenient for them. Them working on this at 4am CST keeps most everyone from getting screwed at PEAK hours.
