I've been thinking which faction to play a certain class... Do you think that the Republic has more people who are healers and tanks as opposed to the Empire?

See thread title. When do you think server transfers will be available?

The worse part is, the estimated wait for the queues are much shorter than it actually is... ETA queue of 50 minutes is more like an hour and a half.

Ok...but what you don't understand is I only afked for like 15 minutes. and the WHOLE game closed. I didn't just get logged out... World of Warcraft logs you out after 30 minutes to your character selection screen, then another 30 minutes it logs you out of your account, but it doesn't close your whole game in 15 minutes.

I went afk for 10-15 minutes, came back to make sure I'm not booted off, then afked for another 15 minutes about to make myself some food. But when I came back this time I found my game closed itself!! Now I have to wait in a 50 minute queue! Why did this happen?

In my browsing, I've seen that The old Republic takes place about 300 years after KOTOR, and that tension rises between the republic and empire... Is there anything more specific? And perhaps a quick summary of the major lore in KOTOR so I feel up to speed with this new game?
