  1. Operative heals are the most powerful yet Sorcs far outnumber them in top content, both in PvP and PvE? You're so clueless.
  2. No, the class is too powerful because the numbers says so. Which is also why Bioware decided to nerf them. No idea why you intentionally make a fool out of yourself.
  3. I love how people are somehow surprised over this when the class has been arguably way too good for the past 2.5 years. And the only arguments you see in defense of the class being so powerful is crap like "Oh but I get 4-5 people attacking me in PvP so I -need- to be this powerful!!!" Well why do you think so many people group up on you, genius? Because your class is broken. That's not saying I think this will fix all the balance problems this game has. They've given out way too many defensives to all classes and made skill obsolete.
  4. And you totally had my point go straight over your head.
  5. Ah the classic "There are children starving in africa so you shouldn't complain" argument. It's funny how the only place these kind of things are acceptable is in the video game industry. Anywhere else if a service you pay for is disrupted (especially if its for a day or longer) you're usually compensated or at least given a proper apology. My internet went down for a few hours the other day and the ISP gave me a free week in return. They didn't do it because I nor they felt I was entitled to it, they did it because they value their customers. I think Bioware and EA have a lot to learn in that regard.
  6. "Look at me I'm so cool I don't care about the game, I still insist on posting about just how little I care though!" Cool story, are you also 12?
  7. Nah, just nah. Screw your so-called 'giveaway'. You have bots snatching up EVERY code and you think this is somehow fair game. Way to add more fuel to the fire.
  8. It's not really legit, usually these things just end up with bots / people with macros winning since its impossible to be faster than them.
  9. Yep, bots are taking the codes. Well done, you can't even give things away properly.
  10. What really is the point of code giveaways when they always get snatched up by bots?
  11. Not asking for them to spoil the entire story obviously, but from what they've said so far it seems those 10 years in stasis won't be in the game (timeskip) and whether or not it will be explained what happened while you were gone further along the line is unclear. It would be nice for them to let us know whether they intend to explain that or not since it won't be an active part of the game, that's all.
  12. Each to their own, however on the server I play on (Progenitor) pretty much everyone follow the timeline and events that take place in the game. With minor exceptions from guild to guild depending on their agenda. Point is for the majority of RPers it would help a whole lot to know the state of the galaxy during the 10 year period we won't see in the game. Which is what has been asked in the thread. Hardly an unreasonable request in my eyes.
  13. The RP follows the same story with the exception of your own character not being the main protagonist. There is an Emperor's Wrath, Darth Nox and so on and so forth. There's just an unwritten rule that they're not really played by anyone since it puts too much responsibility on someone who might not be fit to carry it. The main 8 characters are essentially treated as lore figures. Which makes it hard to just "make something up" for those 10 years of stasis since majority of the RPers still follow the timeline of the game. Hence not knowing what happened for that period of time means there would have to be some sort of universal consensus amongst the community of what transpired within the Empire and Republic during that time so we could have some background to work with in RP 10 years later. Yet again something difficult to achieve since it puts story responsibility on the players when its better off decided upon from Bioware to make sure everyone follows the same rules.
  14. That's not how it works. The actual storyline of your character isn't really RP'd out as it wouldn't make sense to have more than one person being the Emperor's Wrath etc etc. As such our characters in RP wouldn't be the Outlander / Chosen one or whatever they called it. Which begs the question of what everyone else was doing during the time they were in stasis.
  15. Where are you getting this from? Also; Those aren't even on the same level of comparison. How is it entitlement to ask for some information of what happens during those 10 years we're absent?
