  1. what they are talking about here, at least to my understanding, is that it is a form of targeting, so rather than hovering your mouse over a player and having to click them to select them as your target before then using the heal cast, whenever your mouse is hovering over the toon or e.g. their name in the menu bar they are the one any cast will be applied to. I don;t see a problem with this personally - just removed the requirement to click the taget each time, allowing you to switch targets marginally faster. Doesn't really remove any "skill" aspect of the game, as nothing is automated, and you still have choose the appropriate cast etc. It's not even a 'macro' it is just a form of targeting without use of mouse click.
  2. A new passive ability that lets sorcs cast certain abils whilst moving...(I'm specifically thinking of dark infusion and innervate).
  3. Remove current system completely and replace with: Any root/slow = 30 secs immunity to further root/slows Any mez/stun = 30 sec immunity to further mez/stuns Adjust time of all classes CC (stuns/mezs/roots/slows) accordingly.
  4. +1 for a dye system. Can we get any indication if there is an intention for there to be a gaderffii weapon added at any point? Tusken outfit seems pointless without it (for a melee class anyway)

  6. Not only would it kill normal WZs it would reduce the quality of rated WZs, and I can already imagine the ridiculous cries of "omg there should be a seperate queue for premade rateds"

(1) Nice idea (2) I don’t see a problem with 7 vs 7 except that people aren’t used to forming a group with that number, generally (for me at least) its 4, 6 or 8 – people stating things like “have you ever had a WZ where someone leaves” as a comparable is a bit strange to me as that would result in 8 vs 7… i.e. an advantage to one side. (3) Sorry to see that people are being overly critical of this in a lot of cases not providing any constructive criticism. (4) When PTS comes live I was contemplating trying to arrange some 4v4 / 6v6 matches in an open PvP area…not objective based but in a best of 5 ‘to the death’ format. After seeing the responses to your idea I think I will save my breath!

Another problem with trying to balance is the number of sorcs/sages and how a small buff might scale if you increase the number of sorcs/sages to a team At launch my experience was that empire sorcs were the most popular and played class, it was not uncommon to get huttball matches where at least half of each team was comprised of sorcs. Whilst there still are a lot of sorcs in pvp, it seems far more ‘balanced’ in terms of how many you get in each match these days. More often than not I find the most played class in WZs of late is sith warriors. (I play sorc as my main, I am a healer though not a damage dealer. I agree that the utility should be tweaked. e.g. whirlwind - no cast time, knockback should knock back further and force slow should slow by a larger %) I would prefer that some of the casts could be performed on the move so the sorc is not forced to be so static. I am forever moving, stopping, moving, stopping etc. *edit note - re cast times, not suggesting this as a fix for balance, but just something I would like
  10. "Annoying them" by killing them in a PVP zone? I'm quietly confident they'll avoid any issues there. If that's reason to be banned then there is a hell of a lot of people on my server that needs to be banned for 'annoying me' when I was less geared in warzones.
  11. I personally think there should be a ban on people encouraging a ban on people telling people not report.

Well you could look at it in terms of if you are setting up a premade then you have two options, have a single target burst focus premade, or a aoe-bomb group combining several aeo-bombers to deliver sustained aoe to a specific area where a group of targets are - I personally haven't seen the latter used in warzones in this game. Could work in larger scale open RvR I guess. Problem is ttk with single target focus is so short that not sure a bomb group could melt an entire team in one spot before they were all taken out by opposing focus team.
