I know this has been suggested in the past. I'm suggesting it again and will continue to do so until it's implemented. It would help against goldspammers. It would prevent players from circumventing the ignore function by simply changing characters. It would make some players think twice about trolling in general chat. Currently they can just jump on a random trash toon they don't care about. Troll until their fingers bleed and simply switch characters and act normal. There should also be a special symbol that appears on players that you've ignored or that are ignoring you. The current ignore system is inadequate and has been for 5 years. While i know there are plenty of other suggestions that are far more worth the effort than this anti-harassment measure I think it would be a nice Quality of life improvement. Assuming that if it were implemented that the ^90% of the server didn't suddenly find themselves ignoring each other.

That's not how it worked on the PTS. So if you have any information that can confirm what you're saying that'd be great.

Yup, did it twice both under 15 minutes and no achievement.

I've come across mercs in pvp that were hard to kill. But that was only because they had a sorc 25m behind them keeping their silly *** alive. Don't come here and try to stroke your epeen and berate someone by saying they look weak. All things being equal, a commando/merc is the softest, easiest class to kill in pvp. You can only pop that medpac once, you can only spam them weak off heals for so long, that adrenaline rush only last 8 seconds and doesn't keep you from being one shot by a 20k+ super crit. If you're zerged without support you're dead in seconds and the problem is you can't say that about every class.
